HANNAH'S POV
I felt sorry for Jack. From the look on his face, I could tell that he was completely shattered with the news of his dad coming back.
I really don't know how their relationship got strained. What I know is the fact that it hurts me that things turned out the way they did.
That call was a mood killer. We stopped partying and stopped by the mall on our way home.
The dad was going to arrive early the next morning and it was better for us to get the roses right now. Jack says that his dad would lose it if he is not given roses when he arrives.
We bought red and white roses, one for the dad and one for his step mother. Once we were done, we went back home.
