“How long will it take to get the test results back?” I asked the person taking the blood from Ella.
“It should take a few days, maybe up to a week.”
I was really hoping that we could get the answers back sooner than that, but we can’t make them do this any faster. I continued to watch as they took several more vials of blood. Once they were done, they wrapped her up in some bright as f**k band and told her to leave it on for fifteen minutes.
