I didn’t speak during breakfast the entire time. The prince kept looking at me but didn’t say anything too.
King Armand said that he will be gone today to work on some royal business and he’s taking the prince along. That means he’ll be gone the whole day too. I almost let out a huge breath of relief as I realized I won’t have to think of a way to avoid the prince today.
When I was done eating, I excused myself and headed to the library. I will continue the plan I had yesterday. I headed straight to the shelves and almost jumped when I heard the prince say “Princess Sophia?”
I looked at him and said “Uhm, hi. Aren’t you leaving with the king?”
Prince Andrew: “Why do you seem so eager for me to leave?”
Aubrey: “Uhm, no. Of course not. I was just worried you’ll get left behind.”
