Caging his Mate against the tree, Noah was still catching his breath after getting out of the car and running to stop her.
He was in the car with his friend and Coleman's Gamma when from afar, he noticed her presence in the woods, walking near the road as she left again... And he couldn't allow that.
Noah knew that if he lost sight of the Vampire at this point, only the Gods and Goddesses would know when they would meet again.
