    Remy Deveraux secured the enthralled Serafina into the back of black cargo van. Unsure if she would wake from Elder Davu’s trance or not, the Day Watcher bound her hands in vervain-laced metal handcuffs that were fastened to the seat she sat in. Vervain was a vampire deterrent, weakening the creature and dampening their attributes.
