CHAPTER: 7 First Encounter

After a while Izumi and Megumi sat at sofa on cabin and started to speak. “Why did you call me brother? I have an important project to finish” Izumi was in hurry. But it was suspicious to Megumi and he started to ask questions repetitively. “I want to ask you something but you don’t have to think it in wrong way Izumi” Megumi was trying to clarify clearly to him.

   “I need to know about the new join person because I think I saw her somewhere but I can’t able to find where or when?”

   “Sure I can’t able to do that brother because she is in my department and I have to make sure her personal detail safe. And why are the small things making you desperate as always brother?” Izumi finished with a question and started to walk away from the cabin.

   And at the department Touka, Barry was running the program for the game and near Miyuki was creating a prefect designed character for the game. But Kayle is the only one who just logged in a game and waiting for Izumi. She wants to play with him before start to work. She tried to call him but he was left his phone on his cabin so she can’t able to reach him.

   Touka was noticing Kayle constantly after she been part of the group project. “Kayle I know you just work after playing for a while but why are waiting at the start page. You have to finish it quick and help us to finish this project as soon as possible” Touka said. “I know but I am waiting for Izumi, he said to me to wait for play together”.

   When Kayle said it Touka was became sad instantly, Kayle was not noticed it because of her brain just work to talk but Barry and Miyuki noticed it soon before she changes the expression. “Touka I think you have to get our boss because soon Miyuki going to finish her design and we have to show to him” Barry said.

   “Yeah, you are right then I just get him soon here”

   After Touka moved from there and went out to get Izumi soon. And in the mean time Barry said to Miyuki. “I think you have to say about Touka to Kayle otherwise sure there will be conflict which can make bigger problem”.

   “I too thought about it but I have no guts to speak up to Kayle about it. Sure she will feel down when I say about it to her. And I don’t want that Barry”

   “Then I will say it to her” Barry just called Kayle and started to say everything to her. “Kayle don’t provoke Touka unknowingly because if she does some wrong then whole game will get spoil. Just don’t speak about Izumi when she was around” Barry said but Kayle was confused and asked ‘Why’.

   “Touka is really loves Izumi and if you get so close to him then sure she would do anything for get you away from him. And it would be safe if you get distance from Izumi” When Barry said it Kayle was even more confused than before. She really has no idea how to react to it.

   “If she loves Izumi the she has to express it to him than why she has to do something to me, Barry?” Kayle was asked with doubt.

    “She really proposed to him but Izumi rejected her because of some reason but both of them never shared about that so I don’t know anything about it” Barry said, Miyuki too surprised by that information. “I never thought you would know more about Izumi, really you are like his friend” Miyuki said like sarcastic.

   After Miyuki showed her character design to Izumi and went home with Kayle. She was being normal but also the dream she dreamt at night was still haunting her all this time. And also Kayle was being extreme quiet which started to doubt for Miyuki. “Why are you being silent so suddenly? It’s really creeping me out”.

   “I was thinking about Izumi because I think I too fallen for him Miyuki” Kayle was said with a sad face and suddenly she started to smile and gets inside the house. Miyuki felt sad because of her situation. Kayle was started to feel fear if she expresses her feeling just like Touka and get rejected.

   And the full night without sleeping Kayle was watching Anime marathon. She doesn’t want to think anything and just get out him from mind and trying to change her mind by playing games and watching movies and Anime. Slowly Kayle started to contact Izumi less than normal and it was gradually getting down. Like first she was stopped playing with him and then stopped calling him.

   And then now mostly she not looking at him and talks freely at office. And after some weeks the submission date of project came near. “Tomorrow is the important day for you two because this is the first project for you both and I think you would succeed” Izumi was cheering them.

   “Thank you sir we never let you down in this project. I am sure and also I am sure than our graphic and the character design sure make some tread to people. And it will increase our merchandise process” Miyuki said with excitement because of her first project.

   But still Kayle was being quiet than normal which itches Izumi and he wanted to know the reason. “Ok you all go back to your work but Kayle wait here because I have something to do with you” Izumi said and he gets back to his gaming desk. Kayle was confused, she has no idea why Izumi was said to stay. She not even asked the reason for it.

   After everyone gets out Kayle was just being still and watching down than seeing around like she normally do. “I think something is off today for you. What was happened to you Kayle? You can share with me” Izumi said. “There is nothing wrong sir” Kayle replied so quickly and unknowingly she said sir and Izumi noted it.

   “See you are not calling with my name. Just say what was happened to you Kayle I want to know” Izumi said and still Kayle was thinking about the thing Barry said to her. And she was still in fear, if she express her feeling and he would reject her and then it may make awkward situation to work here. At that time she remembers what Miyuki said to her that night when she felt sad.

   “I know you are feeling sad and fear by thinking how would it end if he doesn’t accept your love. But if you still keeps quiet than expressing you feeling sure you will regret of this action later. Just don’t let lose your love soon Kayle. I want you to be happy and also I pray to god to get whatever you want” Miyuki said.

   “You are really a good friend Miyuki but are you sure that he will accept me if I say about my feeling. What if he rejects me just like Touka and then it make create greater difficult for me to work there. “When did you change Kayle? The friend I know was the bravest person I ever known and also don’t care what other things and do the job what she wanted” Miyuki said and it brings back memories for both of them.

   “Yeah I am the person but still somehow I feel fear when it comes to Izumi even I was playing games this much time just for him and keep company with him and also enjoy time with him. I like how he was trying so much harder to hide his defect in his mind and soul just like you Miyuki and that’s what makes me to fall for him. I really like the personalities of you and he was just being like you”.

   “If you say this much then I tries my hard to speak with him about my feelings” Kayle said. But she can’t able to express her feeling to Izumi and each and every time she tries somehow everything gets bad at that time. More days Kayle was trying to express her love to him but each time she get back from it.

   After some days Miyuki really worried about her that she was not finishing any work she had and just trying to express her love to Izumi and also fails many times on it. “If you really don’t have enough brave to say it then wait for some time and sure you would get your time to say it and then just grab the time and never lost the chance” Miyuki said.

   The saying Miyuki said really helped Kayle and she just forgotten every fear and anxious and got back to work. Then now in present she was got her chance to express her feeling to Izumi just like the moment she awaited. Izumi itself noticed her and asking to her what was the problem to being different.

   “I have crush on you Izumi but I can’t able to express it to you because you are my boss and I am your loyal employee. So I just trying to get my distance and also if I could then sure I would really able to forget you but I got chance now and I said it to you” Kayle said and she moved away from cabin to her desk.

   After hearing it Izumi was totally confused and he was really being amazed that how she was expressed her feeling without even acting like a normal girl. Then Izumi messaged to Kayle to meet cafeteria on street corner at evening 6’o clock around. It made happiness to Kayle at first but later it started to give doubts on her mind that is he really called her to accept her or rejects her. Kayle was really feeling anxious about it.
