CHAPTER: 8 Assault

Izumi and Kayle were being in the cafeteria for a ten minutes but both are just being quiet than speaking. And after some minutes Izumi started to speak “Kayle you can say whatever you want to say to me”. Kayle looked shocked and her voice was too low to speak and she can’t able to sentences correctly.

   “I… Have… here to say something…” Kayle was struggling to speak up in front of Izumi. And he stopped Kayle and started to speak “You said you have crush on me Kayle and I too like you. So I have a plan for it. What do you say that we both go for a date and learn more about us?”

   “Even if you not feel right then you can call Miyuki, we would go as a double date, Kayle. But all is your wish, if you want to go date with me then decide” Izumi said. When he said Kayle looked very shocked because before she came to meet him, she thought the exact same plan which Izumi said to her.

   “I planned to ask you for a date but instead you were the one asked me. You are really braver than me Izumi” Kayle said. And when she said it Izumi suddenly looked sad for a second and smiled at her. “You can say like that but I am not that much braver person like you think Kayle” Izumi said.

   “Then when should we get to date? Izumi”

   “I think we can go after the project completion because we can able to enjoy without any thoughts in our mind”.

   “You are right Izumi, then after project we go for a double date. I bring Miyuki and you have to bring other person for her but don’t bring some idiots ok” Kayle said with an anger face and looked at him. Izumi smiled at her and said “Right I know that you don’t have to worry and also I am happy you accepted to go date and also started to speak with me like before” Izumi was so happy.

   Then Kayle went back to apartment and get to her bed soon. Miyuki was surprised to see that she was fallen asleep soon after get back to house. “Kayle first bath and eat food then go to bed” Miyuki shouted from kitchen. After hearing her voice Kayle gets up from bed and slowly moved to bathroom to freshen up.

   I never thought he would ask me date soon, it’s more like a dream to me and also my heart starts to beat so fast while I am thinking about him. Izumi what are you really thinking about me. I need to know truth from your words, let’s see at the date.

   And in the house Izumi back to his room and started to play games. While playing he started to think about Kayle and her cute expression continuously. She really look more cute when being shy than normal. And also she was really being like the girl I wanted to be with for my entire life. But I can’t able to decide just by appearance I need to know more about her.

   While he playing he drops the joystick unknowingly and while trying to pick it up, a gunshot sound was heard and a bullet was barely touched Izumi. Someone was trying to kill Izumi. After hearing the sound, bodyguards are started to chase the person who tries to kill Izumi.

   Even he was shocked about it because this is the first time for him to face this. Staffs are rushed towards Izumi’s room to know what happened to him and luckily it was just touched him than kills him. But the wound was deep so he was suffering for pain.

   A servant came into room with first aid kit and started to clean the wound and applies the medicine on it then he wrapped it tightly. “Do you feel somewhat better now master?”

   “Yeah, it’s now better and don’t worry it’s my mistake to let the killer to attack me. I have to be careful just like my brother. And speaking of my brother, don’t tell to him about it because sure he would ruckus in the house. Already he was facing father badly and it would make them more distance”.

   “You don’t have to worry about that master but unfortunately we already informed it to elder master and also you father” Head Servant said and he started to clean the place. And other servants are started to walk out from that place. “Oh god now I have to face not just my brother and also my father, this is really bad for me” Izumi was worrying about thinking how to face his brother and father.

   After some hours both Toyama and Megumi were reached the house to see Izumi and went to his room. “Are you alright, Izumi?” Megumi was asked with worry and even he was sweating. After reaching house he was running towards the room to see him. “I just got worried about you Izumi”.

   “You don’t have to worry brother. Someone was planning to kill me but I have no idea what was the reason. So I asked my friend to file a case and start the investigation”. Izumi was saying by looking down.

   “Then I will check out all the procedures of the investigation. You don’t have to take care of that, it’s my duty to keep you safe because you are my brother Izumi” Megumi was said while he was looking outside at window. He was just looking at the moon. But his mind was started to process the possibilities to find the person behind this attack.

   After getting out from the room, Megumi called every person in the house including every bodyguards, watchmen, drivers, gardeners, every servant including the head  servant and placed them in one room. “I gathered everyone here to know what was happened tonight” Megumi started to speak with calm face but everyone knows that behind the calm face the danger camouflaged.

   If one person gives answer wrong or misbehave here then without any warning or anything Megumi will kill them in instant. “Right let’s start now with the drivers and gardeners” Megumi called them first to ask questions. But he can’t able to get any kind of useful information from them.

   And like that Megumi questioned everyone and then at last everything was finished and he let everyone out after three hours. But he just stopped the head servant on the room. “What do you think about everyone?”

   “I don’t think who tried to kill younger master was not inside the estate. You have to stop this doubtful eyes around this house because everyone here are truly devoted their life to this family and I am trust them just like you both masters trust me” The head servant was spoken so emotionally.

   “Right then I has to check on the investigation officers. And if father says hurtful words to Izumi then inform me straight because I don’t want him to get near to my brother even he was my father”.

   Megumi was said with anger and started to walk out from that place. After some minutes Toyama gets to Izumi’s room to check on him. “Are you alright son? Did you brother met you?”

   “Yeah, Megumi came soon to meet me but I don’t know what he was doing right now” Izumi said. And at the same time in the unfinished building Megumi was standing at the top floor. Then more footsteps sounds are started to rise near to him.

   “I want you all to say about the person who tried to kill my brother. I know the person came to kill him was the mercenary who kills anyone for money but I made the pact with you all right. That no one has to cross my family without my permission even if it make prices your life” Megumi was scaring the people who was came there.

   “Boss I am sure that no one in this organization tried to kill your brother, I can guarantee it. If I am not wrong it could be someone who not in this place, like the person gets someone out of the country just to kill your brother, boss. Then he can escape even if the person caught by you. If this works by someone out of our country then this going to be tough” One of the mercenary said to Megumi and he also started to think deep about it.

   “Yeah, I know about it. Even if I caught the guy who tried to kill my brother there is nothing I can get from him but if he sent someone from his own gang then it was like a piece of cake to me” Megumi was said and plans to find the person behind this incident.

   Then morning was born and today is the D-day for the project, Miyuki was super nervous about it and also she was worrying about Kayle. After knowing that Izumi was sick, she really feeling down. I know Kayle like Izumi more but she really acting different from her character like waking up early morning.

   Miyuki was surprised because Kayle is the one who wake up Miyuki and also she prepared bath for her even cleaned room and main hall. Which surprised her also Miyuki was worrying that she was doing all this work because she can’t able to express feeling. Kayle was worrying that she can’t able to see Izumi for a week.

   As order of Megumi no one spread the news that someone tried to kill Izumi, so everyone got information like Izumi gotten cold and fever, so he can’t able to come office for a week. “Today is the day we have to get pass on this project and give happy news to Izumi. I am sure it will make clear the fever and cold and soon he will return to office so I can play with him”.

   Kayle turned into normal character but I am sure even she was worrying her confident about the project is not affected even a single bit. I trust the confident she has which gives me brave feel than I have inside me. Then they both went to office and got ready for the presentation of their new game type.
