CHAPTER: 4 First day of Work

“Kayle wake up… See the time we are going to be late for work on first day. Wake up you i***t”.
“Just let me sleep for ten minutes, Miyuki dear”
I am sure she watched total season of anime and didn’t slept soon. Right, now I have no other choice than do all work myself. “Right, I let you sleep for thirty minutes but after you wake up go straight to bathroom and get ready. We have to attend office on right time”
While listening to Miyuki words she started to sleep again. And Miyuki started to do food for breakfast for them both and preparing hot water for bath. I never thought she would be like kid even being in my age. By being her friend I am really doing works like mother to her.
While Miyuki was cleaning the floor she saw some paper on under the sofa. With doubt she reaches the paper and looked on to it. Miyuki was surprised and started to feel happy by seeing it.
In that paper Kayle was written and drawn picture of her and wished for Mother’s day. ‘Happy Mother’s day my friend Miyuki, you are the one who looks after me at everything. Thank you’
I never thought she would give this to me and it really feels happy inside my heart. Thank you Kayle being my closest friend and also being like my child and helping me. I am the one who grateful to you for being at my side.
Miyuki folds the paper and kept at her purse and continues to clean the floor. After finished working she wakes up Kayle again and sends her to bathroom to brush and get ready soon.
“Yeah, I awake don’t shout I go and brush” Kayle was walking slowly and yawning. And at that time Miyuki getting prepared the table for breakfast and started to place foods on it.
After Kayle came out from bathroom, Miyuki gets in to refresh. Then they both came at table to eat after changing dresses for work. “Miyuki, what’s today breakfast?”
“I prepared Omurice for you try it and say how it is?”
“Not good, you are really good at cooking Miyuki. I also wanted to help but I can’t able to work hard like you”
“Just eat fast we have to go to office soon. Time is running out Kayle”
I really wanted to know how this first day going to be; I guess Kayle is ok with it because she already made friends with them. I am the only one don’t know how to cooperative with them. But I need to try my best from this first day.
Then after finishing food, Miyuki and Kayle get cab. While traveling Miyuki was just staring at building via window and Kayle was playing games at her mobile. While seeing the building Miyuki started to think her past.
The Past….
Miyuki and her father being the part and she was drawing tall buildings at distance and showing to her father to get praises.
“Are you really think that I am good at drawing, father?”
“Yes, you are my dear. I think you are best in this whole world at drawing so don’t give up on it”
“Yes, daddy I won’t stop drawing”
The Present…
Miyuki opened her eyes and touches her cheek, there was water drops. She was crying unknowingly by thinking about her father and past life. Then soon she took her hand kerchief and wipes her tears before Kayle sees it.
I have to control myself otherwise Kayle will be feeling sad for me. It’s her important day too, so I have to do my best for it. Then she watches Kayle and her smile and happiness.
Kayle was enjoying the game and chatting with her friends at game. Later they both reached the company. Kayle was being so much happy because of her job in the top first company at Japan.
“I never thought the day would come, if I know it soon then I would bet with some other game friend and get some new gears on game”
Miyuki knocks on Kayle’s head, grabs her hand and started to walk inside. “Don’t be childish on office, Kayle”
At the Main entrance, securities asked for ID-card for verification to allow them inside.
“Both of you shows your office ID-card, please”
“Sir, we both are new to this company so we don’t have card. We have copy of joining letter”
“Yeah, that’s ok let me see it”
Security grabs it and verifying it whether the letter is true or fake. And confirms it as original and let them to get inside.
“I am sorry we get some people who try to get in by showing fake office cards and fake joining letter. That’s why I acted like that and also it’s new to see people working at gaming department and coming to office soon”
“Why are you saying it, sir?”
“Boss Izumi ordered that the gaming department members can come to office as their wish but officially work for six hours. By counting with the time they entered. So most people gets here at late 10’o clock”
Miyuki was surprised to hear it. I never thought he would place these kinds of rules. Really Kayle is perfect for this department but I too got in somehow. I really don’t think this department would be like that but reality is often deceiving.
Then Kayle and Miyuki get in to elevator and placed the button. After it started to move Kayle started to shout at her.
“See this department and Izumi are good thing. He placed rule which applies to me. Why are you are not looking as enjoyment, Miyuki?”
“I never thought this would be happen Kayle. Even it was first time for us to work at company like these but I never thought working will be like enjoying the life”
At that time Izumi enters the office and he started to speak.
“Work is nothing but enjoying. I think you are not seeing what Kayle feeling, Miyuki”
Miyuki was surprised to see Izumi at office and also he started to chat with them like friend easily.
“That’s right Izumi, she also enjoy things sometimes but now a days she became so like mother for me and changed into strict”
“Kayle shut up, don’t tease me more, if you do that again then there is no dinner for tonight”
After she said it Kayle turned around and sat on her desk. Miyuki was shocked to see computer and CPU, both are fine model. “You all have great system for work, Izumi”
“No like I said I get what my friends ask because it’s are for work. Kayle asked me yesterday this specific gaming system and I got it for her. Also she mentioned for you too, see next desk that’s your place of work”
“Can I ask something, Izumi?”
“Yes, you can Miyuki and also don’t forget than hereafter you are going to work here so just think everyone as friends and treat them like that including me”
When he said it Miyuki was so felt sad but also asked what he wanted to ask to him “I can’t able to talk to others well than Kayle. I am not very sociable”
“Well that’s really hard thing here because everyone has to work together and help each other and enjoy together. If you really not sociable then there is no chance here”
When he said it she felt sad also even with the sadness she felt little happiness because Miyuki really hate to talk more with other like Kayle also just like she thought Izumi said to her.
She just planned it to get out from this department, when she noticed that this department work like friends and cooperative then she lost interest to work in here. So she planned how to get out without hurting Kayle’s heart. And Izumi just said what she wanted.
Kayle was stops playing looking at Miyuki with shock; she can’t able to believe that she said that to Izumi. “I never thought you would say it to him, If you not work here then I will also come with you. But I will not speak with you Miyuki”
“Kayle listen to me, you know about me. I am not suitable for here, so you have to accept it”
Kayle was so sad when she said it and then suddenly she asked to Izumi for other ways to work in this department.
“I really don’t think so but I can ask to my brother to select her to his department. It was really suitable for her and also you both can meet each other at his company”
When he said it Miyuki was little happy because by this she can able to watch over Kayle and also she can’t able to sociable with others. But Kayle was not accepted it.
She started to pack everything and started to write her resignation letter to Izumi in her computer. And without any choice Miyuki accepted to work with Kayle on this department.
