After my conversation with the girls, I did some retrospection, and it made me realize that I've been putting a lot of things off because of the drama and our lives, but unfortunately, that is never ending.
"We're going out." I said, budging into Alex's office uninvited. Luckily, no one was inside except him.
"What?" I clearly took him by surprise, and in fact, I took myself by surprise as well. This is the first time I've expressed my feelings so strongly.
"We're going to town, and we're going to enjoy whatever the town has to offer."
