“Sorry about the kiss this morning, I didn't know what came over me,” I said not wanting him to see how desperate I was getting. He said nothing but stared at the Tv. “It was just a kiss, people kiss all the time,” he said those words out to maybe soothe the air but those words kinda hurt my feelings deeply. I wanted him to say I liked it, it was hot, or something close to that.
I don't know why I’m feeling kind of down, not that I actually like him, he is just a hot kisser and quite attractive, moreover, he was the one who kissed me this morning. I stared at his lips before staring back at the Tv, I was fighting the urge not to kiss him again. “You shouldn’t make a big deal out of it,” he said, making me nod.
“Trust me, I don’t want anybody to know that I’m actually doing this with my babysitter,” I said, trying to hold a little pride. “I wasn’t going to tell anybody,” he muttered before standing up. “I’m sorry for kissing you,” he muttered and I hated the fact that he was apologizing.
Maybe he didn’t like it, did I force myself on him? “I’m heading out for a bit, do you need anything?” He asked but I wiggled my head. The door clicking close told me he had left, I sighed heavily before switching off the Tv to head to my room.
***********************
It's been nine good hours since Drake went out. I don’t know why I was worried that he wasn’t back yet, why do I bother wasting my time thinking about his whereabouts. Why did you kiss him, Molly? I guess that was the biggest mistake, I shouldn’t have done that. He must have kissed many college girls and kissing me would just be something to shove away time.
I decided to call Abby, maybe I could go over to her place and that can help clear my thinking but the sound of a car pulling over got my attention. I calmly walked to the window as I noticed Drake kissing some hot college chick who had probably dropped him off.
Maybe she was his girlfriend, that explains everything.
I could feel my heart chatter for no good reason.
The girl drove off after their little make-out section, I moved from the window before heading to the kitchen. “Hey,” his voice filled the air, I brought the milk that I was going to use to make a pancake before hitting it on the table angrily.
“I should make your lunch,” he offered.
“No, I ain't eating anything made by you,” I purred with a frown. “What's wrong with you?” he asked. “That's definitely none of your business, right?” I let out harshly and I could see the confused look in his eyes.
“Are you mad at me for staying out long?” he asked. “Why would I be, you can even sleep out if you want! I actually don't care,” I said, pouring the flour into my mixing pan. “You don't need to admit it, you seem mad at me and it makes me curious,” he said striding toward me. “Don't you come close to me,” I said, taking a few steps back?
“Did you miss me?” he asked.
“You are wrong Drake, what reason do I have to miss you?” I let out even if I knew that I had been restless for almost three hours. “Look at you, you are all tensed up because I’m here,” he let out and I hated the fact that my body was acting all weak around him. The attraction of having him this close made me hate myself, how could I be this attracted to him just in a day?
“Why do you keep insisting that I am all attracted to you?” I let out moving away from him. “I never said you were attracted to me, except if you are,” he said, making me bite on my bottom lips. “You kissed me this morning and acted like it was nothing,” I let out with a yell.
“You kissed me yesterday, remember? You made the first move,” he muttered with a chuckle that got me mad. “Really, f**k you, Drake,” I yelled before going upstairs to my room. He was an asshole and I should really have known.
“Where to?” he asked but ignored him and headed to my room. The door to my room slid open and I knew that he had followed me upstairs. “What are you doing here Drake, I haven't asked you to come to my room,” I said.
“I don't want us to fight, can we just be friends or stay far from each other,” he muttered as the thought of him keeping his distance made me shocked. “We have weeks to be together and fighting would make everything hard,” he said before sitting at the edge of my bed.
“I don't want us to stay apart,” he said, making me feel better. “I mean, it would make everything look weird and boring. Why don't we just be friends and maybe get to know each other Molly,” he said, making me stare at him. “Sure,” I said.
“What do you want to eat?” he asked.
“I lost my appetite,” I muttered, still mad at him for kissing some random girl. “What if I order something for us?” he asked. “Your choice but I don't have money for that,” I muttered.
“I would order then,” he muttered before leaving the room. “Weirdo,” I scoffed under my breath. I walked downstairs to notice Drake watching the tv. “Come join me, the Pizza will be here soon,” he said. I was about to sit when the bell from the door filled the air.
“I should probably get the door,” he said.
After a few seconds, he was back with a box of pizza and coke. “Here,” he said, handing me a bottle. “Thanks,” I said. The minute I opened the coke, the whole content spilled on me causing my tank top to hug my chest tightly.
“Did you shake this on purpose?” I asked but he seemed not to be really glancing at me but my wet chest that had my n*****s poking themself out. I watched as he tugged his bottom lips before licking them seductively. Those little reactions from him made me want to climb on his lap and do crazy things to him but maybe I was the only one imagining things.
“I need to get changed,” I muttered before walking away.
