Jay's Pov
I wake up early to make breakfast for Christian and the girls. He has to be at work today. He usually works from home and I try to do the same. So far, either of us has always been with the girls and it seems to be working just fine.
"Hey, good morning. Get up, you don't want to be late." I shake him lightly after I wake up. He stretches and grins at me. I go downstairs, shirtless, to make breakfast for my family. I like it when they gawk at my body.
By the time I am done, Christian comes running down, grabs a sandwich and kisses me before leaving. "I'll be back at lunch!" He shouts from near the door before running out. How can he always be late and rushing to work? I roll my eyes and smile at myself. Grey is cute.
I then go to wake the girls up.
"Hey beautiful girls, rise and shine... The breakfast won't eat itself!" I pick both my sleepy girls up into my arms and they rest their heads on my shoulders to go to sleep again.
"Come on, wake up pretty Princess'. Daddy's getting lonely in here."
"I sweepy daddy," Ana mutters, looking at me for a second before resting her head back on me and nuzzling close to my chest, while Carol is sleeping with her mouth open, drooling on my naked chest.
"Why were you being naughty last night, staying awake way past your bedtime, huh?" It's like I am talking to myself for their care. I take them downstairs and place them on their high chairs. Ana makes an effort to try and wake up by rubbing her eyes, which I don't let her by gently pulling her hands back down while Carol slumps and falls on the eating tray. Ana and I look at her and start giggling.
We sober up when our laugh wakes her up. "Carol, come on baby. Time for breakfast. You can nap later in the afternoon."
"I want ice-creams... " She says when she wakes up.
"What?" I am standing with my hands on my hips and I raise an eyebrow at her. She knows not to ask for ice creams for breakfast unless it's her birthday of course.
"But daddy let us have it yesterday... " She whines and Ana looks at us, patiently waiting for our conversation to end.
"Oh, did he? Guess I'll have to have a talk with daddy then." I say and bring the plates with sandwiches and the sippy cups with their juice for them.
And likes the good girl she starts having her food while I can see Carol is about to start fussing.
"Miss Carol, I am gonna feed you and if you don't want to stand in the timeout corner for fifteen minutes with your nose on the wall, I suggest you don't start with the tantrums now." I sit by her and bring a bite to her mouth. Thankfully she opens her mouth to eat it.
