“Are you sure?” Tina asked once she had managed to find her voice.
She didn’t understand what they meant by something of his being found at a murder scene.
“Yes, we need to take him in for questioning.” The lady cop who had identified herself as a detective said.
Tina cleared her throat.
She was trying to make sense of everything.
Her husband didn’t come home last night and now he was being suspected for murder.
“I’m sure he didn’t do such a thing.” Her first instinct was to come to his defense.
She knew that Paul was not capable of doing something like that.
“That’s why we need to bring him in for questioning and once we find out that he is innocent we will let him go.”
