“Your Grace, I have a message from the King.” A soldier from my father visited my meeting chamber first thing in the morning.
“What is it? Is he all right?” He was sick a few weeks ago and Patonim went to treat him. I was worried if it was a message about his health.
“Your Grace, the king requested your presence on his birthday next week. The king requested to bring Lady Hildry as well as your best maids to the Boltree castle.” Boltree Castle is where my parents live with my elder brother. I do not like to visit there much because of my elder brother. He always wanted to pick a fight with me.
