Chapter 4: My Luna

*Aiden POV

    "Okay. I'll be your mate."

Before i could think my body reacted, I instinctively pushed her down on the bed my body pressed against hers. She has a unique eye color. It's beautiful, her eyes are a deep blue with a hint of purple in them. I have never seen anything like it or anyone. I can hear her heartbeat going what sounds like a million miles an hour. I push the hair off her face to get a better look into her eyes, feeling drawn to them. With each strand i pushed behind her ear her breathing getting heavier and heavier. I lean down and smashed my lips on top of hers unable able to control myself. 

    I lick the bottom of her lip trying to gain access further into her mouth. She tries to reject my advancement into her mouth so i bite the bottom of her lip, as soon as she gasps i take my opening and push my tongue further into her mouth. For a second she seemed unsure of what to do but quickly caught on. We sat there for several minutes are tongues wrestling for dominance. It was cute that she thought she would win. I move my hands from her face down her neck and onto her breasts. 

    She beings moaning moving her body under my touch. I remove my mouth off hers and starts a trail of kisses from the corner of her mouth to her neck. She moves her hands into my hair while continuing to moan from my touch. God just her scent alone seems to drive me wild. just as i am about to mark her neck the bedroom door swings open. I instantly shoot up to see who dare barge in without so much as a knock on the f*****g door. And it was none other than my f*****g father.     

    I look back to Evie and all the blood has drained from her face while staring at my father. She is petrified. A low growl erupts from my mouth jumping off the bed to face my father. I could smell the booze from the bed. He is f*****g s**t faced in my house looking as if he is out for blood. I know Sam could feel it, he wants me to let him take full control and rip his f*****g head off. As much as i would like that to happen i know now is not the time. 

    "What the f**k are you doing here?"

He's not even looking at me. He's staring at her. MY Mate! 

    "I was taking a walk to buy some more 'beverages' and i thought i could smell something foul in here. So i came to check it out. And what do you know my son is desperate for some p***y he goes and tries to f**k the first goddamn chick he can find!"

    I lose control fling my father across the room. He is to intoxicated to fully defend himself. Before he has time to react i run over to him and start punching him senseless waiting to hear him beg me to stop. But just starts to laugh. I stop hitting to take a look at him and he has f*****g lost his mind. His face is dripping blood from us nose and mouth yet he seems to find the situation funny. This isn't getting me anywhere.

'Let me take over and rip his f*****g head off!'

    Sam is losing his cool getting harder and harder to keep him contained. 

    'NO! That is what he wants. We are not yet Alpha. If i were to kill him that would be treason. We would then be killed. Who will look after her then?'

Whenever he goes silent he knows i'm right. Just never likes to admit it. f*****g stubborn prick.

    I stand up and take a few steps back making sure not to turn my back on him. As soon as i touch the bed Evie is standing up cowering behind me. She has a tight grip on my arm. She's shaking, seeing my mate this way makes me even madder. Her beautiful face looks pale and terrified of the man i unfortunately have to call my father. I move her hand off of my arm and tightly securing her hand in mine, hopefully calming her down a little. I hear my father standing to his feet and puts all my attention back to him.    

    "Father."

He looks up at me while holding his jaw c*****g an eyebrow and a disgusting grin creeping on his face. I was really hoping to introduce her as my mate to him with the council there not sure on how he would react. Guess now is going to have to be as good a time as any.

    "I would like to introduce Evie Summers. My mate. YOUR future Luna."

I brace myself waiting for him to explode in rage but he doesn't instead he turns his head to take another look at Evie then back to me. And he starts to talk with the most sinister voice that sends chill's down my spine.

"Well isn't that..... an interesting twist."

*Evie POV

    I can't stop my hands from shaking. If looks could kill i would probably be dead right now. I feel Aiden give my hand a tight squeeze and i can't tell if he is trying to comfort me or if he is as tense as i am. I turn my head and see nothing but anger coming from his eyes. I don't know what's happening right now. Should i make a run for it and let Aiden talk to his father alone? 

    'Scarlet? Should we make a run for it? I'm scared something is going to happen to Aiden because of us.'

Silence. Please please don't tell me she is gone again after all this time.

'Scarlet! Please answer me!'   

'Calm down i'm here. I was thinking. I think it will be a bad idea if you run. You will put all the attention on us and you don't want to start a chase you can't win. We have yet to shift. You can't out run him.'

I know what she is saying makes sense but this is happening because of me. What if Aiden get's hurt or ends up hurting his father or killing him. I don't want him to have to go through that because of me. No matter how crazy or evil Jason is he is still Aiden's father and i don't wish that on anyone. No one should have to kill their family. 

    "What are you do you want?"

I snap my face back and forth between Aiden and his father. What's he going to do? 

"I want this f*****g slut out of our pack, i thought i was coming to finally get rid of her once and for all but what do i find? My son attempting to f**k this disgusting f*****g rouge. You do realize what she is right?"

I start to whimper and look down at my hand and Aiden is holding my hand even tighter. I don't think he even realizes that he is doing it. I take his hand that is wrapped around mine with my other hand attempting to soothe him. At least enough to stop breaking my hand.

He looks down to me and gives me a small sad smile. I'm not sure what to take from that. Is he sorry at his father's words or that we are in this situation at all?

"She hasn't done anything. If she had she wouldn't be standing here right now. And you know that!"

    "So because i couldn't find proof you just take her at her word? Or are you just that desperate to get laid you grab the first girl that will open her legs to you like the little t**t-

Jason couldn't even finish that sentence before Aiden had him up in the air by the scruff of his neck. Jason wasn't fighting to get free no he just started to laugh. It's sending chills down my spine. He is f*****g insane. Which makes him even more dangerous. This might be exactly what he wants. I'm not really sure why he would though. Whatever the reason we can't play straight into his hands. 

"AIDEN! Please put him down! He hasn't said anything i haven't heard a thousand times!"

Aiden looks back at me more pissed off than ever. "And that makes it okay?" He spat through clenched teeth. I don't know if i can stop him. I guess this will be a good test to see how strong our bond is. 

I walk over to him scared s**t less at the sight of them "Please Aiden. Don't let this get any worse. What will hurting him do?" Aiden looks at me then back to his father. After a long sigh he drops his father's neck. Jason is now on the floor coughing and laughing. 

    "What a good boy you are. Taking advice from your cheap f**k for the day."

Aiden moves so quick i would have missed it if i had blinked. He was sitting in front of his father just inches away from his face "She is not a 'CHEAP f**k!' She is my MATE and your future LUNA! You will show her respect or so help me god i will rip your head off your shoulders!"

Jason and i are just staring at him with a shocked expression on our faces. Maybe he does care about me. 

'Of course he does. Your his mate, the other half of his soul. Even if he doesn't want to admit it he loves you with every fiber of his being.'

Aiden stands up and walks back over to me taking my hand in his gently caressing the back of it. His eyes haven't left his father's not sure what he might do next.

    "She is my future queen and as soon as i complete the mating bond with her i will be taking over as Alpha. She is and will always be my Luna!"

His sweet words took me by surprise and i couldn't contain the tears back any further. He truly has accepted me as his mate. Finally i found my family.
