5/24: Building Connection

He reached his office and entered inside. Laezo-67 then grabbed the cup of energy tea and emptied the container.

He received a call from the general's office and answered the call immediately through his compartment's communication system by pressing the button beside his right arm who was on his monitor's keyboard.

"Hello Agent 100" the communication personnel greeted.

"This is Agent 100, how may I help you?" He replied.

"The directors would like to congratulate you and your team for performing the crucial part of the search operation and its success." The information deputy said.

"Oh it's nothing, it's my job to do, and I did promise to be able to achieve the goal of every task that will be given to me," Laezo-67 replied sarcastically and faked his reaction to the praise since he was tired of hearing the same words of appreciation day by day yet 2 months have passed and didn't get a promotion.

"Well done Agent 11, because of your great performance since the beginning, especially the great work you have done for the past 2 months. You are now promoted from being coded as agent 100 your new rank code name as agent 99. You will receive your bonus tomorrow from the department's office." The communication agent said before the call got ended

Laezo-67 was overwhelmed hearing about his promotion and got motivated to perform well. He flexed his body and immediately started to reboot his system to freshen up himself. After few minutes of system reboot, he then went to the system rejuvenation area and have his rejuvenating session. After relaxing and cleaning up himself, he then headed back to his room and continued his new shift of office work.

He took a break for a while and swiped the monitor screen to power it off.

He then rested for the moment to prepare himself for his 1st-day accompanying the kids to school.

In another perspective,

While he was busy reviewing his office work, the kids then discussed the data chip that was given to them earlier.

"What do you think the data fragment contains?" 203-Saint said.

1-Sid then examined the data piece container.

He took the chip from his pocket and started scanning it.

The material levitated as his hands sends data decoder waves. The waves then formed an organized link of thin laser-like girders on all sides of the chip.

"I do contain something, and my system wasn't able to detect any kind of threat from the material," 1-Sid answered.

1-Zeke and others then conducted the same evaluation of the object and got the equivalent result.

They immediately unlocked the data inside the data chips. They saw a video-recorded event recollection, presenting a battle. Their gazes meet and all of them were feeling devastated. They didn't know the person who was being heartlessly killed by the department's agent but their system recognizes the personas as their mothers.

It showed them the entire recorded battle until their mothers got exhausted and were brutally killed.

They couldn't believe what they saw and just kept it in themselves. They immediately stopped their operation and took their rest.

The day passed and morning came.

It was the first day they wake up without Seba-089 greeting them good morning.

Laezo-67 then access the door and entered the room to greet them.

"Hi kids! Good morning" He greeted.

No one answered him.

Laezo-67 did greet them repeatedly but still, no one answered him.

An announcement was then broadcast calling for his attention to fetch the kids' gears and school materials.

He performed the same routine as the imposter identity of Seba-089 does every day before taking the kids to school.

New protocols were implemented to strengthen their defense against the potential k********g attempt of the anomalous criminal. Inside the star pod, Laezo-67 was with his entire unit team.

After a week from taking the kids to school, an unpleasant event happened.

At the school,

Kesh-717 who used to be alone was being bullied by a group of specimens from the planet Cyberya. Kesh-717 didn't mind them not until the day she was treated badly.

It was launch break when she was confronted by the said race. After the class ended, as usual, she would go outside the room and would go to the rarely visit playground of the institute, it was located few meters away from their room and she would always bring her snacks with her and occasionally would bring a friend to the same spot.

She was tailed by the rude cybaterya group of students. When she got to her usual spot of the secluded part of the academy, she took out her treats, the last bar of sweet candy bar given to her by the individual she had used to respect and looked up as their eldest sister, Seba-089. She smiled yet sad knowing that the person whom she admired was the same persona who tried to kidnap and do something bad to them. She banished her thoughts and remained the good memory of whom she had known as supposed to be her entitled sister.

She opened the candy bar just when the group of cybaterya landed a distance away from her front.

The mean girl of the rude team went near her and teased her.

"Haha oh my gosh? Really? This pathetic droid grouped herself with Earth's outstanding species? How is that possible?"

The cybaterya then laughed at her and knocked her head thrice.

Kesh-717 did control herself and just nod his head down attempted to walk away.

The mean girl was then followed by the rude guy who grabbed Kesh-717 back through her hair. Kesh-717 started to cry.

The other guy who was the rudest among them straightforward followed his friends and started to tease Kesh-717 while ordering orders to move back a little.

Kesh-717 stood still while nodding her head down. She held the sweet candy bar safely.

The kid cybaterya guy noticed that she was holding the candy bar in her hands. He then used his cybaterya morphing ability to change his hands to nano dust particles that rushed towards Kesh-717's hands, his morphed nano dust particle hands then devoured the candy she was holding to dust. Then immediately got back to him and his hands formed their natural shape back, in his right hand, he did hold the candy bar that Kesh-717 held.

Kesh-717 notice that the candy bar she held was gone from her hands and her eyes started to blaze bright pink.

Kesh-717 looked up from nodding down her head gazing directly at the cybaterya boy who took away her food.

"Give me back the food" she mumbled.

The mean girl then grabbed the candy bar and ate it entirely. Eating the candy to tease Kesh-717.

Kesh-717 started to loosen her temper and the bright pink blaze in her eyes started to change its color to orange and slowly turning red. A faint dark violet aura field could be perceived throughout Kesh-717's body.

Kesh-717's face was then covered with a robotic mask only revealing an eye in her entire face. Her blood-red eyes then shifted to radiant green. While her aura grew thicker and shifted to neon green.

Kesh-717's eyes started to release drops of her tears. After the tears fell on the ground, a melting noise was audible. She stood still and held her anger. She suppressed her anger and was just staring at her assaulter.

The mean girl cybaterya kid then finished eating up her candy bar and the team wasn't bothered by the ominous aura Kesh-717 oozed throughout the area.

The mean girl then walk towards Kesh-717 and slapped the candy bar's wrapper directly to Kesh-717's face. She attempted to slap kesh-717 with strong force just when she clashed her hands with Kesh-717's face, she was forcefully blown away and crash back to the ground nearby the mean girl's friends. The cybaterya mean girl's right palm who she used to attempt her slap was blown away from her hand and her hand was slowly melting down due to the effects of Kesh-717's strong acid barrier that covered her.

Other students nearby the area heard the noise it caused and rushed to check the location. They saw the scene where the Cybaterya group of guys initiating an all-out direct attack on Kesh-717 while a girl who was injured was being aided by another female cybaterya to suppress and hamper the acid that contaminated the injured cybaterya mean girl.

The crowd started to grow bigger and none attempted to rush and stop the dight because they would probably be severely injured before they could have stopped the fight.

The group of cybaterya guys then launched a lethal virus code towards Kesh-717, the attack was about to hit her directly just when 1-Zeke teleported nearby Kesh-717 with the other kids and immediately activated their shield power.

Two distinct barriers shielded them from the attack. A dark and light one. The cybaterya guys didn't stop their attacks and continued firing other types of blows that were physically lethal.

Laezo-67 heard about the fight and immediately rushed to the battleground. He got to the place and saw the frightening fight, the shields broke apart, and to avoid further damages, 1-Zeke shielded the others to suck up the entire blow since he was the only one able to store up damages through his void system.

The cybaterya then stopped their attacks and was frightened seeing 1-Zeke's eyes shimmer somewhat similar to black holes. They saw how he sucked up all the blows.

1-Zeke was mad and his eyes glinted the darkest shade of black revealing his crimson red magnetic aura. Laezo-67 anticipated that 1-Zeke was about to counterattack from his current stance.

The cybaterya kids then stance themselves to the defensive.

"1-Zeke! Stop! Stop it now! Don't do it!"

Laezo-67 shouted to halt 1-Zeke's counterattack.

1-Zeke heard Laezo-67 but didn't listen.

Laezo-67 then prepared his ultra propulsion barrier and rushed nearby the cybaterya to shield the mean kids to avoid additional severe damages to the travelers from CYberya.

He got right on time and immediately turned the barrier field device he had. It was a multi-layer barrier shield. 5 layers and each layer could negate a 100000 impact force. 1-Zeke didn't notice Laezo-67 was the one behind the multilayered defense and forthwith intrude the barrier protection with his knockback blow.

1-Zeke released the total amassed forces from the attacks he was able to store earlier in a mere less than a second.

The attack did break the 2nd half layers easily and started to slow

down at the 3rd layer, the center layer got broken and immediately, the 4th layer was penetrated and got destroyed, the last layer who was 3x stronger than the 4 outer layers was resisting the impact force, but in a matter of seconds, it shattered. The remaining impact force then promptly struck Laezo-67 then caused him to be blown away and banged with the barrier shield the cybaterya kids prepared for themselves.

The guards of the academy then rushed to the place and took the injured cybaterya girl away from the scene and aided her.

They aided Laezo-67 too and the group of kids was being taken to the academy's office.

Inside the office, Kesh-717 explained the detail of the incident, and the report was then relayed to the department who conveyed the message to the association.

The cybaterya kids were then expelled from the academy while 1-Zeke and the others were on temporary dismissal.

Both sides underwent counseling.

After school, the expelled Cybaterya individuals were then fetched by their government's personnel. 1-Zeke, 1-Sid, 203-Saint, Liam-0008, Franz-02, Kesh-717, and Samantha-101 were taken back to the department immediately and being scolded for creating the controversy.

Since they were in temporary restrain away from the academy at the moment, the department did instruct them to create the geographical device for them to have their grounded situation have in use to the department.

They were tasked to create a device that would be able to change the planet's core as the systemically structured artificial core.

They breathed and immediately nodded to create the device or they won't be able to get back to school sooner.

The department gave them the classified files and documentation about the project and all of them started to study the files.

After about an hour of studying, they went to discuss their creation plan and so concluded to separating the task for them to assemble the project device sooner.

They started inventing the machine and all the department's staff were there to help them if they needed to.

They rested for a moment after feeling tired of building the devices.

Laezo-67 then entered the invention room and brought sweet treats for them.

Kesh-717 was the only one who approached and ate one of the candy bars.

Others were shy seeing Laezo-67 in a bad state. Liam-0008 then rushed to Laezo-67 and asked for the treat. He doesn't want to eat treats from Laezo-67 but was tempted to have one since sweet treats were his favorite. He hoards almost all the stock of candy bars and others were gazing at him badly. It was then that everyone rushed to Laezo-67 and took their share of the sweet snacks.

After eating, they momentarily continued their project. Laezo-67 patiently waited for them to finish their target goal for the day.

After 2 hours, the kids reached their progress mission and went to Laezo-67 to ask for a treat.

"Let's get back to your room first" Laezo-67 announced.

They then went to their studio and Laezo-67 gave them the sweet treat.

The kids then trusted him and Laezo-67 was successful in building good relationships with the kids.

He called out for everyone and told them about Seba-089.

"Did you know that I am one of Seba-089's fans before I am hired here?" Laezo-67 said.

The minors then sat on the floor facing him.

He told his life story and how he was inspired by Seba-089 to help others.

"I will let you have this, the person whom you have known inside the base before could be Seba-089, but she couldn't do the same kind of deed after she or whosoever the person who stole her identity to others, especially to kids."

Laezo-67 continued his story and told the kids about what happened to Seba-089 before when Agent 11 was still young.

The kids cried and missed their known sister, Seba-089. Laezo-67 then comforted everyone and had a group hug.

After days and weeks, Laezo-67 and the kids have a close relationship with each other, and he filly gained the youths' trust in him.

A month has passed, the project was put on hold because of insufficient knowledge. It was then that the milky way galactic association decided to have their students have a month of study to each other's territory.

Everyone agreed and promised to secure a good travel experience with their home planet.

A week after the discussed plan got approved, their contenders would be traveling to their assigned study location for the first month was informed.

1-Sid, 1-Zeke, 203-Saint, Liam-0008, Franz-02, Kesh-717, and Samantha-101 will be traveling to the planet Phaeto on the 23rd of the month, a week from the current date.

The kids were happy about the news as they have known that the lifeforms that inhabited the said planet were a race of unbelievably friendly race.

The department prepared their motherboard star shop and prepared their luggage.

Laezo-67 with his team was the only assigned team unit to accompany them on the journey. Everybody prepared for their belongings for the travel.

The kids studied a bunch of wikigalacia about the planet Phaeto and the culture of the Phae race.

Days have passed and their departure date came.

They entered their space travel pod and started their journey towards the planet named Phaeto.

The outer space journey of the kids just began.
