YEAR 3024 Sid and Zeke were the most valuable scientists at that time. Year 3024 was the era of new technology evolution where people operate using machines that work perfectly efficiently. Research is done within just a month and space exploration becomes easier with these new technological discoveries. "Parallel101" is the secret department of invention, creation, and exploration located in Tarshiwakino Country. None of the Tarshiwakino citizens knew where exactly it was located, and they only believed that such an organization was just a rumor and hearsays coming from a bunch of science nerds and conspiracy lovers. Parallel101's goal is to create futuristic machines and technologies that will make life easier and to operate technologies that will help for faster and efficient space explorations that will lead them into new astounding discoveries about the reality of the universe. ~Tarshiwakino~ A very poor country back in the year 2034. The government was dragged by their debt, which lead their economy to decline at the highest rate in the past 20 years at that time. Billionaires secretly negotiated with their governments with a deal that their organization would pay their country's debt in exchange for giving them some undisclosed area paper rights and construction rights for them to build their big facilities and ensure that everything should be kept from the public. The president along with the government council held a private meeting regarding the deal offered to them by the unknown organization and decided to go along with the offer. The organization and the government council held their meeting and discussed the entirety of the deal. The location Parallel101 planned to build their facility on the isolated land on the farthest west side of the country's area of responsibility where they were given rights to do so. The secret deal with the now Paallel101 and the government was then made. The billionaires head to the organization's temporary HQ and discuss matters with all the directors present. They were not surprised with the response of the government as they already expected it to be the outcome of such a deal and, as agreed, they did their end of the deal. Through some indirect methods, Parallel101 transferred funds to government banks amounting to $198 500 000 000, which was more than enough to cover the huge debt of the Tarshiwakino. The year 2040 was the start of the full operations of the facility as all buildings were fully constructed. They started robust operations for their creation, invention, and exploration agendas. The facility head administrators held their first presentation item. Their first-ever invention was introduced at the Centra-museum 1 back in 2042, such technology took them 2 years of hardwork and research since their full operations started. Their first invention was called HotBrick, a chip that is used to attach to phones, laptops, and any gadgets. It allows communication devices to adapt at least 50G to up to 100G signal everywhere you go, and these chips make use of their own data saver system that helps your internet connectivity and surfing much smoother and data-efficient make this became a great start for their quality tech brand's milestone. ~ "Yes sir, we will do as ordered," Sid replied to the director's attendant. "We will do our best to conceptualize this technology that runs on the idea of harnessing and controlling the flow of time", Zeke added. After a few months of discussion and debate, Sid and Zeke's project plan was approved by the facility head instead of Liam and the company's presented concept. Sid and Zeke finished their research on their project and both of them know how to meticulously construct their conceptualized machine. Others cannot analyze and understand the contents of their creation plan and are opposed that it is logically impossible to create something that can control time to that extent based on the current level of knowledge available. "What? Are they serious? I didn't even understand a single thing about that trash project plan!" Liam muttered angrily. "Well, their concept's been approved, so we'll have to go with it for now," Franz responded with a sigh while softly patting Liam's left shoulder to calm him. "Oh really? Should we go with it for now ? Are you even serious? Let them do all the work with that machine. Don't bother me", Samantha replied to Franz. "Guys, I think we should accept the decision of the facility's board of project directors and what we are tasked to do now is just to help them create their conceptualized machine. We are done competing for our project plan proposals. They got a better concept too", Kesh told them. A few weeks passed and everything went fine. "Parallel101" owners believed that these 2 outstanding scientists were more than enough to do the job, so they removed Liam, Samantha, Franz, and Kesh from the project; these are the scientists who opposed Sid and Zeke's plan. They were assigned to a new project which burdened Sid and Zeke to take over the miscellaneous parts themselves. The board of director's representatives went to the invention room where the time machine is being built. "From the heads of the department, Sid and Zeke would take over the job themselves as they are the most crucial and only needed work force to continue the machine while Liam, Samantha, Franz will be reassigned to another project while Kesh will be moved to another branch of parallel101 to oversee an undergoing project tasked with the newly hired scientist." announced by the project director's representative. Liam, Franz, and Kesh were shocked and mad by the news but instead of complaining about their new roles, they just walk away from the room. Before Kesh left, she said goodbyes to both Sid and Zeke and cheered them to successfully finish and fill their idea's invention. They started to create this "Time Machine" and everything worked according to their expectations. The project was built for about 2 months of that time, and it's about 99% as creation progress. It was when something unexpected happened, the C.E.O's representative of the department named "Saint" used his authority and forced Sid and Zeke to resign from their current roles. They were confused that time, knowing that they hadn't made any mistakes or project failures nor present unfavorables results with their creations they had made at their department. "Our deepest thanks to your efforts, we no longer need you here. The head office held a meeting and discussed what to do with the both of you. They decided that you should leave before this day ends, or you'll find yourself asleep forever", Saint announced, with a smirk on his face. 'What? That's unfair! You can't do that to us!" Sid shouted to Saint. "Wait? Can you explain what's the real and valid reason for this? How cruel can that be!" Zeke added to Sid's words? "Even me... I don't know the reason behind this decision, it's the management you see," Saint calmly replied to them. ~Saint didn't inform them about anything else and slowly walked away from them~ "Just remember what I said earlier, goodbye", words left by Saint as he walked away. Sid and Zeke left clueless, but they couldn't do anything about it. Before they left the facility, they copied the file of their machine plan. They were warned not to go to other science lab departments and share the pieces of information about this project plan. About 2 days after they're removed from the project, they remembered that the remaining pieces to attach were the hardest thing to do correctly, and they were worried because if this was done in the wrong way it would ruin everything and likely cause a disaster, not just in a certain area but messed something with everything. They decide to contact their trusted friends at the facility and gather some information on what's going on there. They successfully contacted Tim. "Tim, we're worried about the time machine project, what's happening now? Did they plan to continue the Time Defying project? Or did they postpone it?" asked Sid. "Uhm Sid, the good news here is that the project wasn't on the schedule for completion, but the bad news here is that the Time Defying will probably be assigned to Liam, Samantha, Franz, and Kesh. Weren't they the same project team members before just both you and Zeke took care of it alone?" Tim replied. "Wh--" words that came out from Zeke. Zeke overheard the conversation and ran towards Sid to talk to Tim, but the phone call was disconnected. ~ Meanwhile, back at the facility... "Uhmm? hello? Sid? Zeke? hello? oh my! I guess the facility system was able to cut off my connection that instant." *FACILITY ANNOUNCEMENT* All d-1 and d-2 project team members are being called to the administrator's office for a short meeting ... All communication devices are currently unusable at that time to avoid possible leaking information that will be discussed by the board of project committee. Tim sighed and kept his phone in his lab robe's pocket. "Oh, thanks, I thought I was dead," Tim said to himself while taking a deep breath of relief.
