Bella and I walked down to the dining room holding hands and found a pretty big group indeed, consisting of Gia, Sofia and Ed, Lorenzo and Flora, Aunt Lita, Uncle Vito, Caden, Tony, Sebastian, Kaleb, and Frank. I had scheduled a security briefing for later tonight and figured the guys must have used this opportunity to come eat one of Elsie’s home-cooked meals.
They were all standing about talking and laughing but suddenly turned to look at us as we walked in, and I could tell they were surprised and happy to see Bella was finally out of our room. Outside Gia, Carmen, and the maids, no one has seen her since the night of the shooting.
