“The Accountants' Annual Dinner. It is going to be attended by all the accounting firms in the country. But for this year, we are having guests from Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Myanmar."
Cyd started to feel a bit anxious and excited. It was going to be a grand evening; thus, it would need significant preparations. She looked across the table and saw Patrick watching her with the most charming smile she had seen anywhere.
