Stepping out of Jackson’s car the following Monday, Skylar smiled excitedly, for the first time eager to go into school.
As the future Alpha slung his arm around her shoulders comfortably, the pair walked into the building, heading to Skylar’s locker, Jackson replying to shouted greetings comfortably. Giving her a quick squeeze, the Alpha left her to go to his own locker as soon as Clarkson appeared to take her to her first lesson.
‘Hey Clark’ Skylar said with a grin.
‘Hey beautiful’ Clarkson replied playfully giving her a hug, ‘so tell me about your dreams over the weekend, did they involve you and Harper in a hot tub?’ he asked hopefully.
‘Eww, enough all ready’ Skylar laughed pushing him as he wiggled his eyebrows suggestively at her, ‘that is no doubt your dream not mine.’
