Chapter 14The following days passed in a blur for Edison. By night, he learned of herblore and how to use his crystal, although it showed no visions. By day, he worked diligently in the mine and shared a couple of lunches with Bleddyn. Each time they met, it was harder for Edison to let him go, and the temptation to kiss his full lips grew almost overwhelming.
But he wanted to learn more from Eira about the danger she’d spoken of. Once she tells me on Sunday, then I’ll ask Bleddyn about meeting me somewhere. Anywhere. Just a place we can be alone, with no one to disturb us.
