Lance's POV
'Is she still asleep?' Dawn, the girl we found trying to break into the Alpha's house three days before asked.
'Yes,' I answered her wondering what she was doing in the house. She was supposed to be in the packs' house. 'What are you doing here Dawn?' I asked.
'I came to see her,' She answered.
'I know you came to see her. How did you get here?' I asked wanting to know if she had escaped the soldiers.
'I walked from the packs' house down here,' she replied.
If there was one thing I had noticed about Dawn, it was the fact that she never answered a question the way she ought to.
'If you had escaped the soldiers to be here, you had better go back. Forget about the way Grandma Gina treats you, the Alpha and Beta are still very wary of you' I told her dismissively.
