(Yadieliz) “Shadow! Shadow! Shadow” I hear the crowd going wild as I spot my chance. My opponent rushes towards me and I jump in the air with a round house kick. My kick connects with my opponents face and he drops to the ground. The crowd goes wild as I wipe my opponent’s blood over my chest. As soon as they see the blood they scream even louder. I turn around and leave the cage. I don’t stay to celebrate. I never do. The referee opens the cage and I walk out to the back like I always do. I quickly take off my gloves and undress before jumping in the shower. My body shudders as soon as the cold water hits me, but soon I get used to it. Once I’m done with my shower, I grabbed the towel and quickly towel dry myself. I put on my clean clothes before I grab my stuff and walk out to the bar where the bartender hands me an envelope with my winnings. I take out a hundred dollar bill and hand it to him like I always do before walking out the door. I put on my hoodie and begin jogging back to my stepfather’s pack. It doesn’t take long for me to get to the pack. When I get to the pack, I sigh as I walk into the pack house. I go to the kitchen and grab a banana. I head up to my room to finish packing my stuff. I also need to call my stepbrother, Steven, and tell him the news about me leaving the pack, but I won’t tell him which pack until he sees me. Even though he’s my stepbrother he has been the only one to care for me like a real brother. Hell, he even loved my mom like she was his mom. I’m about to go to my room but stopped when I heard moaning coming from my stepsister’s room. Her door is ajar. “Oh Devin” she moans and my whole body freezes. Could it be? I sniff the air and Addy, my Lycan growls in my head. I heightened my sense and I see Devin pounding into my stepsister. I felt my heart break. How could they do this to me? When I’m done I walk to my closet and grab a black lace thong then I take out a black mini dress that hugs my figure perfectly. The dress is made of a stretchy satin fabric that beautifully contours the body. The dress features a V neckline that accentuates the decolletage, while the back is cut low to add a touch of allure. Delicate spaghetti straps provide a minimalistic look, and a subtle side slit that offers an enticing glimpse of the leg as I move. Completing the dress are a pair of strappy high heeled sandals in a metallic silver finish. The heels are sleek and stiletto shaped, adding height and elegance, while the straps wrap around the ankles for a secure yet sexy fit. I grab my black handbag and put in my license and credit cards. I grab my phone and take a few pictures before sending one to my brother. Me: Going out. Just caught Devin cheating on me with Jena. I’m done with this. Also, I have good news. I’m leaving the pack tomorrow. I sent it. It wasn’t long till I got a text back from Steven. Steven: You look beautiful sis. And that sucks. I’m sorry you had to see all that, but I told you Devin was no good for you. Don’t tell anyone you’re leaving. Who knows what they would do. I go out of my room and walk pass my sister’s room just my boyfriend is coming out. The blood drain from his face when he sees me and even though it hurts me to say what I’m going to say, I have made up my mind. I’m single now and I’m going to focus on me and becoming a warrior. “Y- Yadieliz” Devin stammers. I look at him before looking away and continue walking but he grabs my hand. I yank my arm away from him and his eyes widened. Jena walks out of her room and looks at me smugly. “I’m glad you have her since I won’t give it up to you” I said making his eyes widened. I bet he didn’t see that one coming. “Y- you heard all that?” he asked. “Oh, I heard enough. We’re over and let me tell you a secret…” I said leaning towards him a little. “I will never give it up to you even if you were the last man on earth. I would probably have to fake my orgasms with you” I said making him turn red from anger. Addy, my Lycan was laughing her ass off in my head. I waved and walk out of the house ignoring him calling my name. I get in my car and drive out to the city. I drive to one of the hottest clubs in the city. I get out of my car and walk towards the bouncer. I hear a few whistles, but I ignore them. The bouncer sniffs the air while looking at me from head to toe. I let some of my scent and aura out letting him know I was a wolf. I don’t usually go out to clubs, but I’ll make an exception tonight. The bouncer lets me pass and I see a handful of women to my right trying to get to the VIP area. My Lycan stirs and begins to pace. ‘Relax Addy. Tonight, I’m going to have fun. I suggest you do the same’ I said to my Lycan, heading to the bar, ignoring the commotion to my right. I can feel eyes on me, but I ignore them. I wave the bartender over ready to let lose and forget all bout my heartbreaks. I will not fall in love again. For now on, I'll just have fun, enjoy life, and focus on becoming a warrior like dad.
