“Let’s get Amara back here, I would like to see her.” I say and I can see Hunter is mind-linking. “Kay will bring her over.” Hunter says. After a few minutes she comes running into the room. Hunter catches her and puts her on the bed with me and she throws her tiny arms around my neck and sobs.
“I was so scared mommy, I thought you would leave me too.” she says as she softly sobs on my shoulder. That statement just broke my heart a little more. Once again, she had to go through the pain of loss and it’s all my fault.
