I am walking in the forest, it is an unknown place for me, it is dark at night and there is no one here. I am alone, it is cold and I feel weird, something is wrong like when I...

I turn and look around me panicked, a light wind is making me cold and the trees' leaves are moving softly causing my whole skin to shudder. The noise the leaves are making is like someone is murmuring something. I try to communicate with Moira but she is nowhere to be found. 

I feel alone, did I lose her?

"Moira?" I scream out loud with no response.

I take some steps looking around me nervously. 

Where am I and where is she?

"Moira come out, come to me. You promised me!" I scream shaking.

The wind stops suddenly and there is absolutely silence. I freeze nn my place and I feel my fast heartbeat echoing all over the forest.

"You promised you will never leave me. We promised we will stay together till our end." I scream again as the agony consumes me.

I can't live without her and she can't leave me, she loves me, we are one!

"She belongs to me." A voice from somewhere behind me says and I jump up and turn to see the one who is talking to me.

I gasp and take one step back shocked. 

It's... Him... 

These eyes, this color. 

Orange eyes which are shining in the darkness behind the trees' shadows.

"Who are you? What did you do to her?" I scream shaking from anger.

He doesn't answere me, he just laughs like a devil and takes one step closer revealing himself. 

A wolf? 

The one I fought back at the forest that night!

I fall on my knees almost instantly and break into sobbing. She is not here so...

I feel someone shaking me, I try to free myself, leave away from everyone who is holding me but I can't, I am trapped in someone's arms.

I gain my mind back and turn my head to look at him. He is pale as I can see, he seems panicked, he is breathing quickly and he raises his hands to cap my face in them. I take one deep breath and close my eyes relieved. 

It was a dream!

"Baby?" he says again softly and I sigh.

"I am fine, it was just a bad dream." I tell him in a weak tone and he pulls me in his arms sighing relieved.

"Are you here Moira?" I ask her through our link ready to cry.

"I am always here Mira. It was just a pointless nightmare." She answers immediately and appears in front of me strong and confident as always.

"Was it?" I ask again worried.

"No one can separate us, I promised you! Nobody can make me miss my promise to you. We are going to be together till the end!" she says and I purr relieved making her howl proudly.

"It's okay now. Everything is alright. Do you need anything?"

He pulls me down on the bed again and we stay in each other's arms. I caress his chest and shoulder and he  tightens his hold around me but we need to make some more steps. 

I am worried, I have a bad feeling and I need to be sure that I will make everything right this time. Our kids need him, if anything happens to me he will have to stand by their side with my family. They need to know and build a strong relationship.

"Liam?"

"Yes love?"

"Do you think we could try and talk to the kids about you and um... Us?" I say timidly.

I hear him exhaling deeply and I lift my head up to look at him. He looks worried.

"I want. Of course we could but I am just worried about Ethan's reaction." He tells me thoughtfully.

"I know. He is too protective with me. And Angel... Don't worry, he likes you. He will love you, you are his father after all, the bond is strong." I say and he smiles relieved as I lean and kiss him gently on the lips.

"Once we find the right time we will. Okay?" I ask raising my eyebrow and he nods and pulls my head on his chest again. 

I feel his calm and strong heartbeat and smile happy.

Now I am sure about what I feel this moment...

This heartbeat is my cure, these arms are my shelter...

~next day~

Liam's pov

We finished the training some time ago and I left quickly as I was informed that my father called me and I had to talk to him. 

I left Mira, Cassie and James alone with Ethan and Angel at the garden and went to my room to call my father back.

Believe it or not I missed him, we were never close, especially when he left the pack to run our companies and became more distant but now I feel different. I feel the need to tell him about Mira and our kids. He knows what was happening between us five years ago but I haven't told him that I found her again and that we have two kids together. I am sure he will be happy for me, he wanted me to find her again, he was disappointed when I told him what I did to her and that she had disappeared.

I called him and he informed me that everything is perfect with our companies and that I have to sign some papers for some inventings we want to make. He will send me the papers tomorrow and I will have some time to take a good look of them. 

Then I told him that I found Mira again. He was happy and wanted to learn more, I explained to him that we are working in our relationship and we are very well and close despite what happened so many years ago. He congratulated me, he told me that he was proud of me for changing my mind and then I threw the bomb that I have two kids and he is a grandpa. 

He was crying for a long time excited, he couldn't believe it, he told me that he wants to meet them soon. I promised him that I will arrange it with Mira when we tell them the truth and he wished me luck.

This is the first time I heard him so happy and excited. He always wanted me happy and he was worried I wouldn't soften. He was pessimistic after I told him the truth about Mira and he was disappointed at me but at least everything has changed now and I will keep on trying my whole life to make my woman and our kids happy.

We ended up our call and now I am heading back to the garden to spend more time with Mira, the kids and our friends. 

I am permanently excited these days and I am smiling like a five years old boy all the time. Phobos is acting like a puppy, he asks for our mate and pups all the time, he wants to hold them in our arms, he wants to protect them and he wants Mira and Moira like crazy.

I look around me and start feeling nervous. 

Where is she?

I walk quickly to them, peck Ethan and Angel's cheeks and look at James discreetly.

"Don't get mad..." he states through the link and I instantly begin shaking.

"Where is my mate James?"

"I think I told you to not get mad. I won't tell you until you calm down." He says frustrated yet annoyed.

I take a deep breath and try to seem calm for my kids as the others have already observed my frustration and they stare at me awkwardly.

"Cooper came and asked to talk to her in private. They left for a walk in the forest. Try to act decently. Think about Mira and your kids." James explains and I do my best not to growl.

I take one step back and take a deep breath controlling mine and Phobos' anger.

This son of a b***h is dead once I lay my hands on him. He knows we are trying on our relationship and he is trying to get between us. I need to find them and put him in his place. I don't allow anyone to play with me and get so close to my mate on purpose. 

I turn to leave when Paul gets up from the ground and walks beside me for some meters making me stop confused.

What is this now?

"I know I shouldn't say it but I am on your side in this. I don't like him next to my sister, especially when she has two kids with you and you are making it clear all these days that you are being closer than ever. I would like you to kick his ass but you have to stay calm. Don't disappoint her, act wisely. Act like a gentleman, be mature and confident." He whispers and I stare at him surprised.

I never expected it from him, I thought he hated me till death.

"Thank you Paul. I appreciate it. I will follow your advice. Take care of the kids please. We will need time alone with Mira. We need to solve some things." I say and he nods smirking.

I am sure he got my point, I am not planning to let her unpunished. 

She will feel my rage and I want to see her after my punishment... 

I walk away and head to the forest. I let Phobos guide me, he takes her scent and I follow it blindly and it leads me on a small path with trees and bushes. 

The scent becomes stronger and after some more meters I see her sitting on a big rock next to this jerk but.... 

She seems to be in tension, she looks angry and annoyed. 

And guess what?!

If this bastard hurt her I will f*****g kill him and Phobos already wants to rip his throat out but keeps on telling me to act calmly for Mira. 

I take a deep breath and walk closer, Mira feels my presence and turns to face me nervously. She jumps down from the rock the next second and walks to me quickly as Cooper turns pale and freezes obviously disappointed. 

Mira reaches me quickly before I react and places her hands on my chest with a worried expression.

"Liam can we leave please?" she asks me panicked.

Of course we are leaving or else I will kill him, she is not alright and I have to know the reason so I turn and give one angry look at him and then wrap my arms around Mira possessively.

"Come on." I tell her simply and pull her to follow me.

Mira's pov

Last days have been like heaven!

Liam and I are closer than ever!

We have fun, he is flirting me, he is taking care of me, we sleep together when Ethan and Angel want to sleep with my parents, brother and cousins and I won't even mention the s*x, it is obvious we are crazy for each other. 

We spend time with our kids as well, they are even closer with him now and we are planning on telling them the truth in some minutes from now.

Cassie and James are doing great, they spend lots of time with us. I had never imagined that Liam could act like this. He seems so happy and calm, five years ago he was always serious, cold, distant and now he is kind, caring, cheerful, funny, and supportive.

I am happy and I feel great these days from the moment I told Liam I love him. It is like we erased the past and we began all over again. I feel loved and wanted us a woman and I had never felt it before.

Angel opens her eyes and mouth widely immediately and turns to look at Liam. Ethan gives one look to me and one to Liam who seems more worried than ever.

"Mommy really?" Angel questions me smiling.

"Why were you keeping it as a secret? Why we had never met him before mom?" he suddenly asks me and I exhale nervously.

Angel and Liam stop and stare at me as I gain my thoughts and Moira encourages me to continue.

"We had some problems with your dad. I left away from him. I found out that I was pregnant to you after some days and I preferred not to tell him."

"I don't want him!" Ethan screams after some seconds, gets up and runs towards the forest leaving me like a statue.

I lose the ground under my feet and my heart breaks, it's my turn to start trembling now and I look at Liam desperate that lowers his head and Angel caresses his cheek with affection. 

I have to talk to Ethan, I have to stop him, he could get lost and I don't want him to feel so hurt so I get up quickly and take a deep breath to calm down a bit.

"Angel can you please stay and wait for me here with your dad?"

"Yes mommy. Go to Ethan, I will take care of dad. Please daddy don't be sad, he will change his mind, he likes you." She tells him with complaint and hugs him with her little hands.

He gives me a small, nervous smile and I leave quickly behind Ethan. 

I start running and follow his scent, he is not too far away anyway, I can hear his footsteps.

"Ethan Adams stop where you are!" I say loudly and he immediately appears some meter in front of me from behind a tree.

I give him a weak relieved smile and walk to his side quickly and once I am in front of him I kneel and pull him in my arms. 

I was right, he seems angry and hurt!

"Does he love you?" he asks next and I raise my eyebrows smiling.

"What do you think? Does he love me, you and your sister?" I ask back and he thinks about it for a while before he nods thoughtfully.

"He is too good to us, I like him and... He is great, we have fun, he is cool. It is like we know him very well."

"So?" I ask him smiling.

"I think he loves us. Are you happy with him being with us mom?" he continues and I caress his hair smiling emotional.

"It is the first time I am so happy my love. I can see the bond between you with him and I feel great with him. Your dad is the man my destiny sent me and we had our problems but we are trying, he is trying and I am pleased with everything he is now and everything he is giving to me and you." I say and he smiles but continues to seem nervous.

"Is he mad at me for my behavior?" he asks worried and I caress his hair.

I get up and let him walk next to me back to the palace and he is holding my hand already happy and relieved.

"Mom?" he murmurs some time later and turns to look at me.

 We continue walking and after some minutes we reach the palace's garden and walk straight to Liam and Angel. She is still on his lap, she is talking to with without stopping and he smiles slightly. 

I know he is happy yet worried and he feels our presence as he has taken our scent for sure and turns to look at us panicked. Angel stops talking quickly and looks at us as well and we join them after some seconds with me smiling satisfied.

"Angel come to me baby." I ask her softly and she jumps out of Liam's lap and comes to me immediately. 

I give a pointing look to Ethan and he slowly walks to Liam and stops some inches in front of him. He lifts up his bended head and Liam stays on his place frozen yet terrified.

He is really having a hard time and he is scared of Ethan's reaction, I understand him more than ever.

"I am sorry dad." Ethan states serious and gives me an anxious look.

I smile to him and walk next to them with Angel while Liam is still quite dizzy and lost.

"I want to spend time with you and get to know you better. I just wanted to take care of mom and Angel. I am sorry." He continues and Liam smiles emotional ready to cry as he precedes his words.

He stands up, pushes his chair back and kneels in front of Ethan with the brightest smile I have ever seen. He caps his face in his hands and Ethan takes one more step closer to him impatiently. 

"Thank you my son! You have no idea how happy you make me! I will prove you how much I love you. I won't disappoint you!"

Ethan smiles and buries himself in Liam's embrace. Angel lifts her head up and gives me a big excited smile and I take her in my arms and kiss her softly. Liam stands up with Ethan is his arms as well and wrap one arm around me. 

His eyes are shining from relief and pride, he looks happier than ever. 

We stay like this smiling in each others' embrace enjoying our completion and the time seems to stop when the little daughter of mind stiffens with an expression I know too well.

Oh boy!

"Can we sleep all together tonight?" she yells with enthusiasm and I roll my eyes.

"I am in!" Ethan shouts excited.

"Liam?" I ask him typically as I know his answer already.

"Of course!" he says smiling.

And it's a deal!

Moira is howling ecstatic in my head telling me that everything is going to be alright as long as we are all one and I nod emotional.

We are finally one!

~next morning~

Liam's pov

"Mom, dad get up!" Angel whispers and I feel a hand shaking my arm gently.

I open my eyes slowly and take a deep breath smiling from the first thing I see in front of me. 

It's like a dream!

The woman of my life and our kids are lying on the bed next to me. Angel and Ethan are sitting between us and Mira is lying still sleepy.

"Good morning!" Ethan says cheerfully, stands up and begins jumping up and down on the bed like a bunny and of course Angel does the same with him but Mira groans worried some seconds later.

"Be careful you two!" she whispers and closes her eyes again.

I instinctually sit up worried and look at her intensively. She is pale... She looks sick, she is not fine.

"Um... Can you please calm down a bit children?" I whisper and point Mira.

They freeze quickly and look at her anxious.

"Mom what is wrong?" Angel asks and sits next to her as I move closer to them and Ethan stands next to me.

"Baby how do you feel? What is happening to you?" I ask doing my best to hide how panicked I am.

Mira stays silent with her eyes closed and her cheeks start getting red. Angel shakes her stomach softly and it is then when Mira jumps up and runs to the bathroom locking the door behind her. I jump up from the bed and walk quickly to the bathroom's door, I knock it nervously and sigh frustrated. 

I hear noise from inside and gasp shaking once I realize that she is throwing up.

"Baby what is wrong? Answer me, open the door Mira!" I shout trying to be calm but I can't when I feel her in pain.

This is not normal, werewolves don't get sick just like that!

"Dad is mom sick?" Ethan whispers and runs to me.

"I don't know baby." I tell him worried.

I take him in my arms and kiss his forehead as he is ready to cry and Angel comes to us quickly. 

Phobos is howling in pain and asks me to help Mira but I have no idea what to do. My mind goes blank and the only persons I can think of are James and Cassie immediately so I open the link and call for him desperate.

"What happened man? Are you okay?" he replies almost immediately confused.

"No, yes... Well..."

"Yes or no? Liam what is wrong?"

"Mira is not alright. Can you please come with Cassie? I have the children with me and they are worried." I almost beg him and he groans in understanding.

"We will be there in a minute man, be patient." He replies and closes the link.

This is the longest minute of my life because Mira is still in there, the kids are ready to cry and I want to break the damn door, get in and pull her in my arms. 

Suddenly the room's door opens and James rushes in with Cassie and behind them are April, Ryan, Jacob and Zoey.

Thanks God!

"What happened?" Zoey asks worried.

"She is not feeling okay. She is locked in the bathroom for about two minutes and she is throwing up." I explain trembling.

"Okay... Ethan and Angel go with James and Cassie in our room." April tells them calmly and they nod quickly.

I caress their heads one last time and then they leave with James and Cassie. 

Once they close the door behind them I bury my face in my hands and sigh frustrated while Zoey and April walk to the bathroom's door and knock it gently.

"Baby come out. We are worried." Zoey says but no response from Mira.

I start walking up and down the room in agony, I feel that no one can help me, it is killing me feeling she is not alright and she is locked in a bathroom alone. 

Ryan walks to me and taps my back friendly and I see that Jacob is silent and worried.

"Mira honey?" April calls her again but in vain for once more.

"I am calling Axel!" Jacob states and takes his phone from his pocket.

He calls him in hurry and waits to reply. 

After some seconds I listen to him picking it up.

"Axel, Mira is not alright. She woke up feeling sick. She is in the bathroom throwing up and she is not talking to us. What is wrong?" Jacob asks immediately and stops.

Axel is speaking to him for some time and Jacob nods some times before end up the call and we are all waiting in silence all this time.

"So?" I ask quickly unable to wait for more.

"Let me alone with Liam!" Mira shouts from the bathroom making me jump up.

"Are you alright love? What is wrong?"

"Liam I asked something! Stop talking more damn it!" she screams and I stare at the others surprised and confused but...

They all seem to understand what is happening and I feel more confused now, I don't understand a thing.

"Is she pregnant? Isn't it too soon?" I whisper lost with shaking legs ready to pass out.

What if I left her pregnant again? 

I am happy, I want more babies with her but what if she doesn't want to?

Jacob walks to me and Ryan and taps my arm smirking at the same time that Zoey and April giggle and Ryan rolls his eyes trying not to laugh.

"I will give you one advice son. Have patience and courage, you will need both of them." Jacob whispers to me and turns walking to the door with the others following him.

"Uh, one last thing! Take some vitamins and don't you dare say no to her..." Ryan whispers as he walks out of the room in the end and close the door behind him.

I blink my eyes and stay frozen and confused. I don't move, I can't! I am thinking of what their words and I have no idea what is wrong!

What did they mean? 

What is happening?

The bathroom's door opens slowly and Mira gets out timidly with her cheeks red while she seems upset.

"Are you okay baby?" I ask trembling turning to her and she sighs heavily.

"Liam..." she whispers and breaks into sobbing.

I run to her side and pull her in my arms shaking, Phobos is restless in my head but he is not worried, it is different...

And then it hits me...

Fuck, s**t!

I pull a bit back and take some deep breaths opening my eyes widely in realization and Mira stops sobbing gradually and sniffles. I wipe her tears and she stares at me with complaint.

"It is your fault..." she whispers sniffling.

"I am sorry baby but I am here for you. We will pass through it together, I won't leave you alone even for one second." I tell her smiling encouragingly.

"You mean you are ready to pass out from s*x?" she asks nervous.

"It is my fault, right? I have to pay the price for what I did..." I tell her softly and she smiles relieved.

"Good... Because..." she whispers and pushes me on the bed smirking.

"My heat has already started!" she tells me wickedly biting her lower lip and comes on top of me crashing her lips on mine.

Forget about me for now!

I will die by being in heaven!

Alright everyone, hello! 

This is the 12th chapter and I don't know why but I left the hot scene this time (it is still awkward for me even though I wrote it, I am crazy I know)!

This chapter is quite larger than the usual and so in the next one so I think you are pleased, right?

I think that Ethan's reaction was logical but things are going to be well from now on between him and his father but what do you think? Also what about Mira's nightmare?
