I felt like cold water was spilled on me when I heard Simoun's confession. I didn't just ruin his life I also ruined his child's life.
I'm really cruel and I deserve how he is treating me.
Determined to change everything I grabbed my bag and left his office as well. Everyone in the lobby looks at me as I walked outside maybe my make-up was smudged but I didn't care at all.
"Taxi," I shouted then waved my hands at the taxi approaching my direction. When it stopped in front of me I immediately hopped in.
"To Montague's Mansion please," I uttered. Montague's are well-known in this city so I am sure that the driver knows where they live.
The whole drive I am thinking of ways how I can convince Simoun's father to allow us to file a divorce.
