"I'll have to leave everything in the pack to you again. I'm sorry I have to be away for so long to deal with this emergency," I said, but Stella shook her head reassuringly.
"Things are peaceful and you can trust Aurora to me. I'll make sure she recovers well with her memories that she just recovered. I'll do my best," she said and gave me a thumbs up sign.
I studied her gestures and saw nothing different.
Sapphire couldn't have lied about what she said, but at the same time, everything looked okay.
Stella was being her usual self, chirpy, smart and helpful, so I closed the topic in my head with two conclusions.
One, I'd heard wrong or she had misinterpreted the whole situation. Either way, I felt safe that the pack was in Stella's hands and I trusted Aurora's well
