Loki?

Jennifer Not going to lie, when Josh bit me, there was a bit of pain. However, it subsided quickly and turned pleasurable. As blissful as I feel, I'm a little light-headed. "J-Josh." I stutter out. He hesitatingly pulls his fangs out of me as soon as I said his name. "I'm so sorry. Are you okay? Lay down, don't move. Okay?" He hops out of bed and returns with a glass of water and chocolate. I greedily chug the water, "Thank you, but I don't like chocolate." He gives me a look of surprise. "How about cookies?" I nod my head at that. He smiles and leaves the room, returning with a plate of Oreos. Yum! "So, how did I taste?" As soon as I asked, I felt my cheeks turn red. "You, my dear, are the most delicious thing I have ever had in my life." Leaning in, I capture his lips softly. "I need to go get ready for work. Stop distracting me." I slowly got out of his bed and started walking towards his door. "Work? Already?" He pouts playfully. "Yes. It's not like you're never going to see me again. I'll be back afterward." "Can I at least drive you to work?" Oh no. Is he going to be a clingy boyfriend who needs to be with me 24/7? "Hey. Don't give me that look. It's just a ride. You can say no. It won't hurt my feelings. He chuckles and I feel relieved. "Thanks for the offer, but I enjoy my solo karaoke in the car." "Go get dressed and join us for breakfast before rushing out. Okay?" That I will surely agree too! I love food. When I finally make it to my room, something seems off. I shrug it off though, it will come to me when I least expect it. Digging through my clothes, I finally feel satisfied with my outfit. As I do every morning, I change Loki's water and give him food. Hmm.. that's strange. He usually comes running the second he hears the food being poured into his dish. "Loki?" I call out and look under the bed. "Loki!" I holler again. Where is he? My bedroom door swings open, "Jenn, are you okay?" Josh asks me. He must have heard my loud voice. "I-I can't find Loki. He's not in here!" I cry out. "What if a wolf eats him!" The tears continue to run down my face. Josh holds me in his arms for comfort. "Hey. We will find him, okay? Plus, wolves don't eat cats." "I hope not."
