“Ellen since you just arrived we would like to make a toast as Daniel is our buddy and you are his date tonight.” One of the junior doctors smiled and handed her a glass of wine again.
Ellen looked at it with doubt and was thinking about how to avoid drinking it or disposing of without anyone noticing it and said. “ Actually I don’t really drink but....”
One of the female doctors who was rumored to be dating Daniel interrupted her and said. “ Oh, you are such a spoilsport Ellen, it's just a drink nothing will happen. Look we are all having it nothing will happen if you have just a glass of wine.”
