It was more than half an hour and Nysa was still talking to her sister on the phone. Nysa’s sister Myra is in India and just like Nysa, she worked in a government hospital in Chennai.
Nysa had told them that her mother was a nurse in the military and that’s how the legacy continued.
Although both the sisters wanted to study medicine, it was an entirely in different way.
Myra was very conservative and Nysa was very rebellious. She had always wanted to become a nurse and had applied for the scholarship in at King’s collage London and got through it very easily.
They had a very disturbed childhood because of their father who was in the army and had passed away when they were very young and their mother had to deal with a lot of humiliation and contempt from her husband’s family
