I just stood there shock ridden as I stared at Alpha Adrian. I still couldn't believe that he believed Elsa's words. He believed her words without even asking me if she was telling the truth or not. What the hell? I am on the verge of crying right now.
"I asked a question, Elsa," he said again when he didn't hear any words from me. I had to clear my throat so that he wouldn't sense that I was about to cry.
"I think you should have asked me if she was asking the truth, Alpha. You should have asked if she was telling the truth rather than asking me why I did it. Did you think or believe that I would kill the Beta? And even if I would want to kill him, for what reason? But to answer your question, I didn't kill him. He came to….."
