Ifrenia’s POV
It was finally a day before the selection process and I was more worried than ready. I had still not asked Javiel if I could participate, I dreaded being in his presence once again.
“ Are you ready to go?” James asked when he saw me waiting by his car.
“ Yeah,” I said as I rolled my eyes at him. In no time we arrived at Javiel’s house. James had to follow me this time to Javiel’s office as he was afraid that Javiel would lose his temper with me once again.
The closer we got to his office, my heart pounded in my chest, as scared as I was to see Javiel, my nerves still tangled with anticipation of what his answer might be.
James knocked on the door and we only entered when Javiel said so.
