Chapter 34: New Life

One Month After the Escape

After escaping the underworld, I was new to this world as a lot of years had passed since Elijah killed me, time moved differently down below, it seemed like it was just a few months there. I separated from my cellmates because we all had different agendas and goals since I got back here. I was able to convince a witch to help cloak me and decide to lay low, I needed to find out about the current times and explore the new world. I realize I missed so much since being dead and being tortured still haunts me, how could Elijah do this to me when I loved him so much? As the weeks rolled by, I was able to save up money to buy a bed and some paint, I was slowly trying to rebuild my life before I set my plans in motion.
