A Few Weeks Later

I was on the private jet heading to Aidan's Luna ceremony and wedding, I was excited for him because he deserved this happiness after returning to the land of the living. Piot stayed back to run Vampora in my absence as Kolie has taken time off to spend with his mate back in Frogger Forest Pack. I was happy for Kolie because he needed this for so long, after his mate died years ago, he was raising his daughter on his own and she turned into a gorgeous, independent woman until she was kidnapped at a club along with her friends. Jasper held my hand and asked, "What are you thinking about, my love?" I looked at Marie seductively biting my bottom lip and said," Marie in a thong," we laughed, looking at her bent over picking something off the floor. She felt us staring and turned to us saying, "No, not until after the wedding," but we had her on the bed in the back of the plane as she screamed, "You guys, my hair." We had a little make-out session until we were told that we would be landing soon, we dressed quickly and sat back down, Marie's hair was fine and she smiled.
We arrived at the wedding in no time, Marie saw a few of her friends and smiled, Jasper held my hand as everyone knew he was my mate and respected him. I saw Alpha Ryker smiling at us and I wondered if Drax had accepted him because he was not dead yet, plus, I was informed he knew about Lora's twin boys which changed the situation. I sat down with my mates next to me and we watched Luna Michelle walk down the aisle, it reminded me of when I married Marie and squeezed her hand. She was crying, she always cried at weddings and it was so cute when Jasper kissed her cheek. I saw Kiolie next to his mate and she held his hand for dear life and I was glad for him, Roman was pissed Issy ended up mated to Toffe but he accepted it because he was Valmore and we couldn't wait for him to find out the truth. He might give us an angry look that he gave us at the meeting after Allan burns the breeding facility down, Roman was pissed when he lost Stella and when Drago's head along with his brother's was sent to him.
I was brought out of my thoughts when the crowd started cheering and clapping, Aidan and Michelle walked out to the balcony so that the pack members could see their Alpha and Luna. I saw the gloomy look on Lily's face, she was hurting but smiled so no one could see the disappointment on her face. Lily has been unhappy since Aidan died, and now he is back, she watched Michelle get everything she had wanted because of a traitor. A traitor who wanted power and lusted after everything Aidan had unknown to us, he was a bad weed and we will pluck him out soon enough. The party was in full swing and I watched my two beloveds dancing with each other and I smiled, Kolie handed me a scotch and asked, "What is up with Cayden?" I said, "Long story, not the best time to talk about it but we will talk about it at a later date." Kolie knew Cayden was rejected but not the specifics of it, I barely knew either only what was told to me by a drunken fairy.
I mind-linked Cayden after seeing how upset he still was, although I had linked him earlier and said, "Are you sure that you are okay, buddy?" He said, "I'm fine, Elijah, just need to get my d**k wet," before closing the link and I smiled, "Typical man w***e," I thought. Erik walked over to me and I rolled my eyes, I hated this jackass for so long but he couldn't take a hint, especially after he and Roman threatened to out the truth about my brother. Although I think Amon may have had a hand in it, deep down I believe it wasn't him because it was not his style. I was so sorry that Amon went along with this mess because he was a good elder taking over from his father's position after he died. I hate to see him go but he chose this and now he has to pay the piper, it will not end well for a lot of them. Erik wanted to talk about business and I was telling him to contact my office but he was furious because my office kept putting him off. I turned to see a fuming Addy walking over to him and slapping him, I was flabbergasted as she yelled about Allison, I knew this was going to go bad if Erik touched her looking at Ty from the corner of my eye and the stupid i***t grabbed her, checkmate.

I was having a drink with King Elijah, and although we hated each other, we needed his business. I heard my mate yelling for me and as I turned around, she slapped me as the music stopped and the focus was on us. She yelled, "What did you do, you son-of-a-b***h?" I was at a loss for words as I didn't know what she was talking about, she yelled, "How could you do this to Allison, your daughter, your flesh and blood, you monster?" I grabbed her and said, "Shut up, this is family business, we can deal with this at home." I went to slap her until I heard a growl and the next thing I knew, my arm was behind my back and I was on my knees in a flash. I looked to see who it was and it was Tennison Valmore, his eyes were the darkest pools of black, with veins around his eyes, I felt his anger and his fangs dropped before I could say anything, he bit my neck.
I screamed and Roman ordered him to drop me but he ignored it and then, just before I passed out, Ares yelled, "Stop Tenny." He let me go and said, "That's not how we treat ladies here, and if you lay a hand on any woman in my presence again, not even my brother will stop me from killing you." Roman looked at me and then Ares in disbelief and asked, "How could you not head my Alpha Command? No Alpha can do that," and looked at Tennison and said, "Not even a mere Gamma, what are you guys not telling me?" Beta Drake smiled and said, "Magic," before they all looked at me in disgust and walked away, Addy was crying on Queen Lily's shoulder as they both walked away, leaving me bleeding on the ground. Something was off about those brothers and I was going to find out what and who gave them those powers so that we could become like them.
My ego was bruised as I started to drink more alcohol, I felt Tennison staring at me before he walked off, Roman looked at me linking, "What the hell was that, are you seeing this?" Roman was panicking scolding me because he felt Tennison saw what was in my memories but I assured him, that if he did, I would be dead. They were still partying as normal and I sent my signal for the ambush to happen with our targets strictly being Michelle and Emerie. We wanted to weaken the brothers so they would sign a treaty with us and bend to Roman's will. We got our men in place, they were none the wiser, I wanted to knock the smirk off of King Elijah's face as I watched him interact with his mates. Once I am done here, I will have someone take him out, it's not like he can't be killed, most vampires die with a simple wolf venom unless they take an antidote.

"Is everything ready?" "Yes, we are ready and everything is in place," we were hired to take out the bride as she would be Alpha Ares's weakness. My employer needed him to be on their side and this would push him to beg for help as he was beginning to have too many allies. He would eventually want to dethrone King Roman and we couldn't allow that, I told my men to get in position and kill as many of his allies as possible. However, we are to make sure that Luna Michelle is dead at the end of this ambush, take out the weaker wolves and vampires, and let's get paid before we start to head out to the reception. My men were hyped up and ready, we were a mixture of outcasts and rogues who were hired for the job because we were the best at what we did. I was a freelance assassin hired by anyone to take out their enemies. I have secrets in my past that will make you kill me in a heartbeat if you are that good, I heard of the Elite Team but I don't think they are as good as me. However, I was working with some unknowns supervising and I hope to get the job done promptly without f*****g up so I can head back to Dragonmore.
