I learned that this lady is the head housekeeper. She oversees all the other female staff members and the larger affairs of the manor itself. She’s an immigrant from Zambia. She was extremely skilled in fixing my hair up and had me dressed and ready for dinner in 5 minutes flat. She’s genuinely impressive.
