The prayers that he has been whispering aren’t probably heard, for the worse has happened. For some reason, Arthur assumes it is his fault in the first place. If he only not listens to Rosalie, then Grace wouldn’t have argued with them. He wants to know why Grace has said to double her time to save his ass from joining them. What does that mean? He knows it isn’t right since the last comment Bruce has said. She seems irritated about what she did, nor she is happy.
Grace won’t let Bruce speak further when she immediately runs from the place with him. He will ask about that later. It has been a half-hour since she has her last talk as if she’s in deep thought when they go their way back home since no transports, but he follows her walk back home to make sure she is okay and safe.
