Chapter 2 - Date in an elevator.

"Sir! you are expected to visit 'X player' company today, and you are also expected to go on a date as per your parents wish.

"Tell them I'm not going out on a date with anyone, and just let them know that I don't want to get married". Haneul Choa said with an authoritative voice.

"But sir! you already promised them that you are going on a date today, and old man Liu is not going to be happy". Berny said with a low voice because she doesn't want me to get angry. "Sorry boss!". Berny quickly apologized.

Haneul was still inside the car, while Becky was sitting beside the driver's seat, while Haneul was sitting on the passenger seat.

His parents already forced him to get married......... but Haneul doesn't want to get married now........ or just to be sincere.....Haneul doesn't like the idea of getting married.

Today he already planned on visiting his long-lost game production company, because he has been out of town for a while now, and just to make things clear he doesn't like the company anymore.

Haneul has a lot of company...... and aside from that! he also has different types of occupations.

He's a lawyer, doctor, gamer, teacher...... and many others. Currently, he's now known as the best surgeon in France.

"Sir! there's a lot of interns who are waiting for you to interview them. Do you want me to stop by the company?". Dev, my driver asked.

"Yeah! I don't mind interviewing the interns, but I don't guarantee that I'll make any of them get the job".

"What if they are a good fit? What if they are capable of creating good games that would benefit the company in one way or another?". Becky asked but instantly regretted ever asking because Haneul was glaring at her with bloodshot eyes, causing Berny to gulp. "I'm so sorry sir!". She quickly apologizes.

"One more wrong move, and you will be kicked out. Try to keep your mouth shut young lady because I won't warn you again". Haneul said with a low voice, but yet the voice still carried a cold aura.

Dev, who has been working with me for more than thirty years now, already knows that I hate when others ask irrelevant questions....... and I also hate the fact when someone tries to behave all smart in front of me......which is exactly what the lady beside the driver seat is doing right now.

Dav stopped the car in front of the company....... but immediately my watchmen saw me, they all bowed their heads and greeted me......... even though I'm younger than them.

I raise my right hand as a means of replying to their greetings...... but all of a sudden someone suddenly drags my hands down.

"You promise me that you are going to go out on a date today". A lady said.

Haneul didn't need to turn around for him to know who the person is, because he's already aware that the person is no other than MA Irena, his Mom.

"Good day Mom!". Haneul said smiling as he turned around to stare at his Mom.

"Son! I didn't see anything good about this day. You already promised me to remember....... and besides I know of a lot of beautiful and respected ladies that you are going to love...... so please don't push them away without getting to know them!". My Mom pleads.

"Hush! Ma! I already have someone that I love, so you don't have to worry, okay!". Haneul said while placing his hands on his mother's shoulder, in order for her to cool down.

"Huh! you have a girlfriend already?". Mrs. Irena asked, raising her brows. "Why haven't I seen her before?". She asked. "You know what......... kindly take me to her right away". Irena added.

"Hmm...... she went out! but I'm not lying to you Mom, because.....! just, believe me, Mom!" Haneul said.

He wanted to lie about his so-called girlfriend........ but staring at his Mom who is giving him that look that says 'Don't you dare lie to me. Haneul suddenly becomes tongue-tied, unable to find any suitable words out of his mouth.

"Ma! She isn't here as you can see right now, but don't worry, I promise to bring her over for dinner, so rest assured okay!". Haneul said while smiling.

"Don't trick me, okay! I'm aware that you are lying, so I'll not allow you to go until you come along with me. I found a girl called Wang Lu, she's a Korean girl and she looks very pretty. She can cook, and do house chores......... but she works as a journalist, and if you both get married, and you don't work here to work......... then she's going to stop! and besides, she makes a good position of being a housewife". Ma. Irena said while smiling as she started praising a lady who I have no interest in, and neither do I have an idea of this so-called lady.

"Ma! I already told you I have a girlfriend, and she's quite stubborn so we both went to court and signed a contract marriage...... So you see! your son is already a married man so you better not disturb a married man who has a lot of responsibility tied up to his neck".

Haneul's outburst made his Mom surprised as she opened her mouth wide while nothing seemed to come out of her mouth.

"Don't worry, I'm going to stick around you for a while until you are done from work. It has been a long time since I last visited you, so I'll use this opportunity to visit you and at the same time, get to know my daughter-in-law". Irena said, smiling before dragging Haneul towards the company with a smile on her face.

"Ma! I already told you that my wife went to work. She's a worker and not a housewife, so you can't see her today, because she's going to work". I argued.

"Don't worry son! I'll wait until she comes back from work". Irena added.

Haneul has no other option but to smile while walking further inside the company.

Irena is a stubborn nut to crash, so Haneul had to just go with the flow....... hoping that she gets tired of following him.

Berny pressed the elevator button to the upper floor and entered inside followed by Irena and Haneul.

Dav is outside waiting for Haneul because he prefers not to enter inside the company.

About seven ladies' in expensive attire suddenly ran inside the elevator with a smile on their face.

"Son! These are the ladies that you are having a date with. But I guess the date would start right here in the elevat.........".

Before Irena could complete his statement, a young lady suddenly ran inside the elevator as she bumped into Haneul.

Haneul stares at the lady who is staring at him with admiration, and then an idea suddenly pops into his head causing his lip to curve into a smile.

"What are you staring at, wifey!"I asked the young innocent lady, causing her to blink her eyes severally in surprise.

"Huh! wifey?". The rest lady asked in chorus.
