My house came to view a few minutes later. I frowned. The Alpha's mansion was never crowded because my dad made it a point that the mansion was only for the main family. Business was done at the pack house, but despite that there were about three dozen members both in wolf and human form right outside our front lawn. By this time I had wolves running beside my car like some kind of escort. If that didn't scream weird, the fact that Mason, the third, was waiting for me right outside the mansion certainly did. His expression was unreadable. I parked briskly and jumped out of the car. Everyone was looking at me protectively, like they would kill anyone that I felt had insulted me. "Princess," Mason greeted, a forced smile on his face. I smiled at the nickname he called me.
