CH 11- NOW A PROXY

MIA'S POV

If I had let go of my control then it was sure that a massive war between the alpha and a not so ordinary warrior girl would have broke out. Still I didn’t wanted that to happen so I tried my best.

I helped her get up and glared at both of them who behaved as if nothing had happened and it was all my imagination.

“You may leave" alpha Diana ordered to Tasha and she wiped the blood on the face and was about to leave when o held her hand and stopped her.

“Not so quickly trainer" i gave her a serious order and she rolled her eyes, sighed and turned at me waiting to intake my attack also.

“alpha, i know i have no right to talk to you about it, but she had done no wrong in what she did with me" i gave her an answer that made her narrow her looks at me.

“ i was the one who challenged her just to myself clear to all the other players who had already began to gang up against the weak" my befitting reply was not accepted well by her.

Seeing me take up a stand against alpha only for her, Tasha stared at me with looked upon me with moist eyes. My girl had always worn the strong girl mask on her while she was just like every other lycans who had emotions and knew how hurtful others action might be.

“Come to the point Mia" alpha shot at me and i took a deep breath before laying my plans.

“Its quite evident that i will mot be able to play in the games, hence i would like to have a proxy for me who will play in the games taking my place under my guidance" I told her what i wanted and both looked on astonished by my demand.

“And why exactly would i let you have that" alpha hadn’t really liked my interruption between her and her puppet hence she had already made me out of her good list and i was ready to aim more at her.

“lycans have one word. Let this be the reward you wished to give me for saving Dylan’s life" i gave her a wicked smirk and i knew that my good impression on her was thrown to trash by her.

She turned her back on us and then went to her desk, took out a paper and wrote something it. Finally , she ended it by signing and sealing it with the official seal of alpha.

She came to me and handed over to me the official order of letting me to keep her as my proxy in the games and i again smirked at her realising how displeased she was at me for taking such a step.

“You may do whatever you want with her but before that you will have to take his consent too" we were about to leave when Diana said it as a kind of warning and i didn’t clearly mind it.

As all of it happened, i was still holding Tasha’s hand who hadn’t even tried to let go of it and besides me she looked completely blank not understanding what exactly happened there between us. I think either she had been getting too many surprises or it was one she had received in so long as she was more like a dead bait between us.

We got out of the room and before i could talk to her, she burst out at me.

“who the hell do you thing you are to own me" she screamed at top of her voice and it echoed around the hall. I had expected such an outburst so i calmly waited for her to finish.

“and why do you thing i would ever want to own a girl like you?” I savagely asked her to see how much she could react to others even if she didn’t in front of her alpha.

“don’t you think that i won’t show myself in front of you than the alpha” she boldly answered and I felt good of it.

“well, then show yourself in the arena and win the triumph" i grinned at her, irritating her more.

“you wish” She was done with me and began to walk away while I continued the conversation.

“yes I wished for it” I turned the chitchat into a more fun one as it was for me while she was burning up with it.

“By the way, I forgot to crash you by informing that I no longer work under alpha” she abruptly remembered something and turned to me saying it. I stood perplexed not getting what she meant.

“FYI, I’m now the PA of the to be alpha of alphas. Hence you will have to get on a long struggle to get me freed from him” she was suddenly sounding too optimistic as if she was guarded by Jayden.

“if you wanna say it, say it clearly girl” I asked her to say it out clearly as she was playing around it more than I did with her.

“you'll see” she gave me a vicious scowl and walked away and I was impressed by the way she handled me. It brought me a smile seeing she was nothing less than me.

I walked out of the mansion and was about to get my security check done when I was stopped my Dylan who seemed highly nervous about something. He dragged me inside and all the guards around us witnessed it and gaped at us.

“woaahh.....dude what the heck are you doing” I didn’t appreciate him dragging me like that without giving a clue.

He didn’t say anything back and hearing it, he freed me and then took my hands and then dragged me to his room. This time I followed him as he had listened to me. Good boy!!

“Did you meet horns with him? Did you do anything that pissed him of?? Was you first impression shattered in front him??” as soon as we were out of everyone’s sight and for into his room, he shot me with hell lot of questions and concerns and I was blank.

“Dude. If you keep of shooting at me without giving me a clue about what’s happened, HOW THE HELL WILL I ANSWER” I mixed up a serious tone with a puppy face and I had no idea why I just did that. s**t the man’s charms had serious effects on me.

Seeing my cute little the nervous Dylan in me turned into a laughter machine who couldn’t even get his breath.

“Did you...did you..just...make..a puppy face...at me now” he battled a lot to get his cracking voice together to tease me and I just wanted to crawl down a rock out of embarrassment.

“Shake it off. Tell me how did you meet him?” he got back on his legs and came back to the point. I thanked god for saving me.

“would you like to take the courtesy of telling me who are you talking about” I taunted him so that he could realise I had no idea what he was talking about.

“wait, didn’t you meet brother Jayden?” he was agape realising I didn’t.

“no...i haven’t got the chance yet” I cleared out his queries and gave an expression pointing at why did he ask?

“then why was he enquiring about you so much?” he asked me and himself began to think the reason and I was taken back bearing that Jayden was ensuring about me.

“That’s a strike. I didn’t know that I could get so famous just by saving you” I was surprised and a bit delighted to know that without even giving a try, I got to get into the minds of the people I wanted.

“maybe he has something going on in his mind” he gave a look of a nerd solving a case and I just wanted to know how could he make such serious expression into so cute ones.

“By the way, I heard that you ravaged Tasha in the training ground” the wolf in him had came out of nowhere and was displeased of my acts.

“she picked upon me for this scar of honour” I sighted to my arm swing and he understood why I did.

“still you didn’t had to trash her that bad” he sunk into a depressed man and I doubted it.

“do you like her that much huh?” I knew he surely like her still I wanted to know whether there was anything more to it.

“Why wouldn’t I? After all she’s my mate” he blurted out the truth and I blinked at shock. I had a doubt but did except it to be so true.

“Don’t say that you haven’t asked her out yet” I began Interrogating him on the matter. But honestly, I couldn’t be happier than knowing the fact that Tasha was of a man like Dylan's mate. Moon goddess couldn’t be more showering on me!!

Every of my thoughts were shattered when he nodded a no absent minded. Now I wanted to know everything.

“Tell me everything” with full freedom I asked him about the matter and with the same full freedom he opened up to me.

“because I sacred that she won’t accept me nor my mother will accept her. It’s a freaking f****d up family situation” he expressed his anger on his fate.

“maybe time will help you heal thing” I consoled him knowing every tiny details of the family past and knew it wasn’t a easy task for him.

“and I bet you both crave for each other” I gave him a wink conveying that I did know what she felt too.

He got a surprised and pleasured look hearing me say that and jumped upon me hugging me tightly ending up hurting my wounds and I hissed in pleasure.

“oohh sorry sorry sorry” he fired hell its of sorry at me and I laughed it out.

“by the way why did you brother seek me for?” I changed the topic and we got back to our mature forms.

“I don’t know. He asked for you file and after going through the asked me lots of questions about you. I felt weird of his behaviour but I told him everything I know” he told me and I began to think why would he do and I did get some answers.

“maybe he wanted to meet me as I saved you?” I asked him if he felt it right but he didn’t.

“nah, I think there more because he was digging a but deep into the matter” he dissented me.

“did you do anything that has something to do with him?” he raise day question that helped to connect things and reach a point.

“I don’t think so. I only had met horns with Tasha today” I thought about it and her warnings crossed my mind. She had talked about someone who she said would answer me. But why would she talk about Jayden? He had only returned.

I told Dylan about what had happened inside alphas cabin and he was shell shocked hearing it. He was ready to rage upon his mother and before he stepped on that path, I stopped him.

“don’t. Your one step can drag the matter to a long way” my one word was enough for him to stop and with the rage filled mind he focused on me.

“if that’s the matter then he is surely to interfere as she is now his PA” he had put on his manly face with the savageness to confront his mother and I cursed myself for calling upon the unexpected event on myself. Damn me, how was I going to face the man who had made me what I was???????
