“Dad, are you coming to address the trainees tonight?” I stretched my back against the comfortable chair in front of Dad’s office desk.
“Hmmm… do you want me to come?” he asked, rubbing his knee.
“Is it painful? Dad, I told you not to spend hours in the gym and you never listen to me. Don’t be stubborn like a kid, Dad!” I stood up from my seat and kneeled in front of him to examine his knee.
“I am fine, Zane. Sometimes it hurts. You know that after surgery there can be some pain from time to time. I can’t just forget the gym and sit back. You know how I love to exercise. It was me who motivated you to exercise back when you were a lazy boy. Plus, these days, going to the gym is the best way I can forget about everything that is hap
