Doctor Luna

Kabanata 1: Ang Paglipat sa Jose General Hospital.

In the airport.....

Albert came to the passenger site.

"Julius!!! (while going to Julius). Mabuti at naabutan pa kita".

While Julius is coming to him. "Kamusta ka na Albert parang kay tagal na rin". As they smile each other. A meanwhile at Albert's house.

"Mabuti nakapagdesisyunan mo na umuwi dito sa pilipinas". Albert said.

"Wag kang mag-alala, dito na ako sa pilipinas maninirahan". Julius said to Albert.

"Talaga!? Mabuti naman pero bakit?". Albert said to Julius.

"Naalala mo ba sinabi ko noong highschool palang tayo na gaganti ako sa mga tao na pumatay sa magulang ko". Julius answer.

"Ahhhh, naalala ko na mga panahong naiintindihan ko ang pagkatao mo na hindi ka basta tao kung hindi especial". Albert said to Julius with smile.

"Oo nga pala, mabuti at ikaw lang ang nakakita sa pagbabago ko, sa tuwing kabilugan ng buwan hindi ako mapakali, sa tuwing new moon nanghihina ako at kapag eclipse, nagbabago ako". Julius said.

"Kaya nga lagi ako nandito para sa iyo. Nga pala, ano pala ang magiging hakbang mo sa paghihiganti mo?".Albert ask to Julius.

"Mag-aaply ako sa hospital". Julius said.

"Saang hospital?" Albert ask.

"Kung saang nagtrabaho ang mga magulang ko, sa Jose General Hospital". Julius said.

Meanwhile...Jose General Hospital at the director's office.

Emillio was talking to President Robert on the phone. "Maganda yan, mr. president. May darating na bagong doctor mula sa Angeles Hospital sa amerika . Hindi ko na kailangang interviewhin ang doktor na iyan". Emillio said to Robert on the phone.

"Masaya ako dahil may isang mahusay na doktor na magpapaempleyado sa atin. Ikaw na bahala mr. direktor". Robert said on the phone.

"Opo president, pero mas maganda na titingnan ko ang galing niya sa opera. Baka sikat siya dahil kilala ang paaralan at hospital kung saan siya nag-aaral at nagtatrabaho bilang doctor. Baka ningas kukon lang sa umpisa magaling". Emillio ask to Robert on the phone.

"Don't worry about him, nagtanong ako sa director ng Angeles Hospital at talagang he is a excellent doctor". Robert on the phone.

Meanwhile, tomorrow at the Jose General Hospital...

Albert on the phone. "Galingan mo ahh, sa unang duty mo as a doctor". Julius replied to Albert. "Wag kang mag-alala, ikaw, ikaw ang galingan nasa construction site ka, paalam muna". Julius declined to the phone and walk at the reception.

As he goes to the reception. He saw that the doctors were in a hurry. Floating in his sight was a beautiful doctor entertaining the incoming patients.

He approached to the beautiful doctor and he watch on it. "Vital sign?". She ask to the nurse. Nurse replied to her. "130 over 90". Beautiful doctor said "Kritikal ang kalagayan niya, dalhin siya sa E.R. ok". Nurses agreed. Until critical patient arrive. A patient with the stick stuck.

While Julius watches the doctors. Beautiful doctor asked the patient.

"Critical ang kalagayan ng pasyente. Nagkaroon ng internal bleeding dahil sa pagkakatusok ng stick sa kanya. tawagin si Head Doctor Angelo".

Nurse asked to beautiful doctor.

"Pero dok, kakaumpisa palang ang surgery ni Doc. Angelo".

Beautiful doctor asked again.

"Basta tawagin ang head doctor".

Nurses agreed.

While Doctor Angelo proceed the surgery nurse from E.R enter the O.R and asked to Doctor Angelo.

"Doc. Angelo, may critical patient from E.R. isang patient with the stuck ang critical situation".

Doctor Angel asked to nurse.

"Kailangan niyo panatilihing buhay ang critical patient. Hindi pwede na umalis ako rito na ganito ang kalagayan ng operation. Patawag ang ibang senior doctor o di kaya ay resident doctor for assist . That's a clear?!".

Nurse agreed to head doctor. Meanwhile the nurse arrive and said to beautiful doctor.

"Ano? Paano ito? hindi ko alam ang gagawin kapag nagtagal pa maaring magkaroon ng hemorrhage ang patient. Kailangan may gawin ako".

Patient suddenly cardiac arrest.

"Doc, ano po dapat nating gawin?".

Nurse asked to beautiful doctor.

"Hindi ko alam (while CPR the patient). Patawag ang mga senior doctor bilis".

Nurses agreed.

Nurses asked "hindi po sumasagot ang duty doctors pati po ang mga seniors".

"Nagkakaroon siya ng heart arrhythmia, ihanda ang defibrillator. That's a clear".

beautiful doctor asked the nurses. Nurses agreed. While Julius watch and observe.

"Panigurado may tama siya sa may abdomen niya dahil bandang abdomen area ang napuruhan ng tama. Masakit ang chest niya at nahihilo ang pasyente dahil sa internal bleeding at trauma. Kaya ang kailangan sa kanya ay laparotomy".

While the doctors and nurses concentrate the attention to severe and critical patients. While Julius continue come the patient with stuck stick.

"Ako na muna ang bahala sa kanya,(while preparing self for surgery). Ihanda ang mga aparato".

Julius asked to the nurses. While nurses wondering who he is.

"Sino ka?". Beautiful doctor asked to him.

"Ako, ako lang naman ang bagong surgeon dito, ihanda ang bakanteng O.R. ready for operation. That's a clear?!".

Julius asked to the nurses while nurses wondering he is doctor. After 5 minutes he ready for operation. The O.R. is prepared.

"Doc, dito po ang O.R. 2 dahil ginagamit pa po ang O.R. 1". Nurse asked to him.

"Sige lang, salamat". Enter the room.

Cardiac Arrest

-the abrupt loss of heart function in a person who may or may not have been diagnosed with heart disease.

-a surgical incision into the abdominal cavity, for diagnosis or in preparation for surgery.
