Prologue.

In Jose General Hospital... Operating room.

"Ihanda ang O.R, nurse!!, vital sign ng patient?". Julius said to the nurse.

"130 over 80 doc, anong klaseng opera ang gawin sa kanya?". Nurse said to Julius.

Doctor Alex suddenly came. "Bypass operation, magsihanda kayo in just 5 to 10 minutes magkita kita tayo sa operating room. That's a clear?". Nurses agree.

Julius greeted Alex while sanitizing his hand for surgery and wear the P.P.E..

"kamusta ka?, Alex ayaw ko sana maglihim sa iyo pero kailangan ko ito upang maprotektahan ka!". Julius said to Alex.

"Alam mo, (while wear P.P.E) wag mo ng sabihin sakin ang mga dahilan mo pero tanong ko lang sa iyo, mahal mo ba ako o kailangan mo lang ako dahil sa koneksyon ko kay president Roberto". Alex question to Julius.

After alex said those words immediately left for O.R.. "pahingi ng gloves". Nurse gave her gloves and look to the patient. "scalpel". Nurse gave her scalpel.

Julius suddenly arrive. "vital sign?".

Nurse replied "120 over 80 heart beat is normal doc".

Julius said "ako na bahala sa maze surgery".

Nurses agree. While Doctor Alex operate the patient.

Meanwhile.... in director's office.

"Nagkakaroon ng kaabalahan ang operating team kaya kailangan muna natin mag-usap hingil sa pagtatrabaho ng isang mahusay na surgeon dito sa ospital". President Roberto said to Director Emillio.

"Sino sa kanila? si Angelo ba o si Julius?. Pareho sila magaling gumawa ng himala. Especially kay Julius". Director Emillio said to President Roberto.

Meanwhile..... head doctor's office.

"Hindi ko inaasahang ganito pala ang nangyari 25 years ago namatay ang mag-asawang nurse. tanong ko lang kung sino ang naging anak nila". While searching on internet.

Meanwhile........ Operating room.

"Suction". Suction use to eliminate leaked blood. "Ok, ako naman ang susunod na mag-opera". Julius said Doctor Alex after finish Bypass Operation.

Meanwhile..... head doctor's office.....

While Doctor Angelo research about tragedy of two nurse 25 years ago. He discover the unexpected person.

Meanwhile... Operating room.

While Julius operate.

"Ako si Julius Buena Villarde o mas kilala sa pangalang Julius Noche. Isa akong doctor sa Jose General Hospital. Ano ginagawa ko rito?. Gusto ko malaman kung sino ang pumatay sa mga magulang kio 25 years ako. Gagawin ko ang lahat para mahanap ang napaka ilap na hustisya. Isa akong doctor na hindi basta basta dahil isa akong taong lobo. Naamoy ko lahat at nararamdaman ko ang lahat. Walang makakapigil sa akin kung ano ang kailangan kong gawin laban sa mga kaaway ko.

Terminology

Bypass operation/Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).

— The most common type of heart surger. The surgeon takes a healthy artery or vein from elsewhere in your body and connects it to supply blood past the blocked coronary artery.

O.R/Operating Room.

-A room in a hospital specially equipped for surgical operations

Scalpel.

-A knife with a small, sharp, sometimes detachable blade, as used by a surgeon.

Vital Sign.

-Clinical measurements, specifically pulse rate, temperature, respiration rate, and blood pressure, that indicate the state of a patient's essential body functions.

Maze Surgery

-Is a surgical procedure used to treat atrial fibrillation. A doctor creates a pattern of scar tissue (the maze) in the upper chambers of the heart by applying heat or cold. Or, the doctor uses a scalpel to make several precise incisions.
