Kabanata 3: Ang Unang Araw sa Ospital.

Julius wore a medical gown. Meanwhile the patient is increase. Julius is ready for a new day as a doctor. Meanwhile,president of Jose General Hospital is arrive. all staffs,doctors and nurses is give respect except Julius.

"Hoyy, bakit hindi mo binati?". One of the doctors asked.

"Sino ba siya?". Julius asked to doctors.

"Hindi mo pala siya kilala, siya lang naman ang pinaka-respetadong doctor dito dahil siya ang presidente ng hospital na ito. Siya ay si President Doctor Roberto Mariano, ang kapatid ni Chairman Jose Antonio Mariano ang founding chairman ng Hospital na ito maliwanag ba?". Doctor said to Julius.

Julius agreed to him. Meanwhile, President Roberto is in Director's Office talking with Emillio Hernandez.

"Nga pala yung project mo 25 years ago. Wala ka bang balak na asikasuhin iyon?". president asked to director.

"Hingil sa bagay na iyon, ayaw ko na pumatay at magpapatay sa mga taong muling nakakaalam ng sikretong iyon". Emillio said to Roberto.

"Katulad nalang mag-asawang nurse na involve sa project?". Roberto told him.

"Tungkol naman sa kanila,hindi ko naman sila pinatay kung hindi pinatay mo. At dahil nakalat sa kanilang katawan ang micro-organisms na pinagmulan ng isang lobo. Kaya nga pala tinawag na Project Luna dahil pinag-iinstrumentuhan natin ang mga hayop without license diba,". Emillio to Roberto.

"Pero sigurado ka ba na lahat ng naapektuhan ng sumpang virus na iyon ay patay na?(Emillio agreed) kung gayon pa ikaw naapektuhan ka ba?". Roberto asked to him.

"Edi sana hindi na ako nakapag-opera ngayon hindi pa Mr. President?". Emillio asked to him.

Meanwhile.. ni E.R...

"Vital signs". Julius asked to Nurse.

"130 over 90,doc ano po dapat nating gawin?". Nurse replied to him.

"Iready nyo siya for CT Scan". Nurse agreed to asked of him. Alex looking at him.

"Ngayong araw pala talaga ang umpisa niya bilang isang doctor dito sa ospital pero halos nagagamot niya ng sabay sabay ang mga malulubhang mga pasyente". Alex told herself.

"Ayon sa nakikita ko grabe ang trauma part ng patient so ready surgery upang tumigil na ang internal bleeding niya, kailangan nyong kumilos bago ma-hemorrhage ang patient. That's a clear?". Nurses agreed.

Julius prepared for surgery until the critical heart patient is arrive. Almost nurses is entertain the critucal patient.

"Ano po ba nangyari?". Julius asked to paramedics.

"Inatake sa puso at mabuti ay nalapadan siya ng first aid kaya naitakbo siya sa ospital". Paramedic told him.

"Kung gayon ihanda ang CT Scan for check up. Alamin nyo kung saan affected part ang may problema upang sa gayon ay malapatan natin siya ng sapat na medical attention that's a clear?". Nurses agreed. Meanwhile Head Doctor Angelo arrive.

"Doctor Alex, kamusta dito sa E.R mukhang busy na naman ahh?". Doctor Angelo asked to her.

"Opo doc,(meanwhile vital sign monitor has been soundful) hala (Her run near to the critical patient) Vital sign?". Doctor Alex asked to Nurse.

"135 over 90 mukhang cardiac arrest po doc.". Nurse replied to her.

"Kailangan ng surgery ito, ihanda ang O.R. move". Doctor angelo asked to nurse. Nurse agreed.

"Sa ngayon magpeperform ako ng CPR dito sa E.R.". Julius said to Angelo and he is agreed.

Meanwhile, Doctor angelo is prepared for surgery to the critical heart patient. Doctor Julius is consulting the patient. The other nurses and doctors is getting busy of each duty.

"Scalpel". Doctor Angelo asked to the assistant doctor and the assistant handend the scalpel to Doctor Angelo. He is perform the Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).

"Ano po doc. ang surgery sa kanya?". Nurse asked to him.

"Coronary artery bypass grafting o CABG. Ok start na". Doctor Angelo replied to nurses while perform surgery.

Meanwhile, in reception of hospital...

"Mr. Chairman, matutuwa kayo dahil meron na muli tayong bagong doctor at ayon dito sa mga sertipiko at patunayan na magaling talaga siya na doctor. So, kailan ka pupunta rito?". President Roberto told about the new coming doctor.

"Kung gayon ay malapit na, wag kang mag-alala parating na ako galing bakasyon at sana ay magkaroon akong makita ang main branch ng hospital ok?". President agreed him.

Meanwhile, after the surgery...

"Kaya mo pa ba Doctooorrr..". Angelo greet Julius.

"Doctor Julius, marahil ikaw si Doctor Angelo. Ang head ng mga Operating team. Kung gayon pala superior kita kung hindi ako nagkakamali?". Julius asked him.

"Tama ka, hindi ka nagkakamali dahil hawak ko ang E.R. nakikita mo ba ang matabang doctor na iyon? Mas matagal siya sa akin pero siya ang head ng Emergency team at kinabibilangan ng magandang babae na iyan". Angelo replied to him. While pointed out of Doctor Alex. While Doctor Julius is looking to her.

"Magandang sapalaran ito para sa unang araw at unang surgery ko dito sa Jose General Hospital". Julius said to Doctor Angelo while feeling exhausted.
