Kabanata 4: V.I.P Patient.

Meanwhile....Jose General Hospital..

While Director Emillio talking with the V.I.P. Patient through phone.

"Sigurado ka ba na mahuhusay ang mga doctor diyan sa Jose General Hospital? Ayaw ko pa mamatay dahil marami pa ako aasikasuhin". V.I.P Patient asked to director.

" Wag po kayo mag-alala Mr. C.E.O. dahil kayo ang V.I.P. Patient talagang mahuhusay at dekalibreng mga Cardiothoracic Surgeon at Neurosurgeon ang naririto. Kaya talagang hindi masasayang ang pagbayad sa inyo maliwanag ba?". Director Emillio asked to V.I.P. Patient.

Meanwhile..in E.R.

Director Emillio has arrive to E.R to talked all surgeon about the V.I.P. Patient Quest.

"Chief Surgeon Angelo, gusto ko sana na pamunuan mo ang operasyon. Dahil mahusay ka sa Neurosurgery kaya dapat nasa O.R. ka kasama mo naman si Doctor Julius bagamat bago pa lang siya rito sa ospital isa din siyang Cardiothoracic Surgeon sa amerika at nakaligtas ng 5 critical na pasyente sa gitna ng operation kaya maari kayo magcombine surgery. Maliwanag naman ba sa inyo? Chief Nurse Pilita gusto ko sana na alalayan mo sila maliwanag na ata ito sa inyo?". All doctors and nurses agreed.

"Director, gusto ko sana malaman kung sino ang gagamutin namin". Angelo asked to Emllio.

"Ang C.E.O ng Technology Company. Siya pang naman ang V.I.P. Patient Quest natin. Maliwanag na ata ito sa inyo". Doctors agreed.

After Director's leave. Julius reflected in the E.R..

"Sa wakas oras na upang magpakitang gilas upang sa gayon ay mahanap ko kung sino pumatay sa mga magulang ko". Talking himself.

Meanwhile, the doctors in E.R. is in busy because of a lot patient. Patient is increase.

Meanwhile,Director Emillio is talking the chief doctor for surgery soon. Chief surgeon agreed.

Meanwhile ... Julius asks the older doctor and nurses about what happened 25 years ago. But no one answer.

"Alam mo ang tanging nakakaalam talaga sa nangyayari noong 25 years ago ay tanging sila Chairman Jose Antonio, President Roberto, Chief Doctor Angelo at si Director Emillio lang ang tanging nakakaalam patungkol sa nagaganap 25 years dahil ako ay mahigit 20 years na dito at 10 years na akong head nurse dito. Kaya naman wala akong ideya. Nga pala may hinahanap ka ba rito?". Head Nurse Pilita asked the question to Julius. Julius not replied.

Meanwhile... Julius noticed that he was feeling something for himself. He looked out the window and saw the near full moon. He leave of E.R. and rest for a moment until he okay. He arrive at the E.R..

"Ohh, doc. mabuti at andito ka meron po tayong pasyente na kailangang itahi ang sugat". Head Nurse Pilita asked to Julius. Julius agreed and check up the patient.

Meanwhile, Alex has offf duty. Suddenly her phone is ring and she answer.

"Hello po, Mr. President Robert. Kamusta po kayo? Tinatawag nyo ho ba ako? Sige po parating na ho ako". And she go to the President's house.

She arrive at the Robert's house and enter. She greet to him.

"Tito, magandang gabi po". She greet her president.

"Magandang gabi sa iyo iha, maari ba tayo mag-usap?". President asked to her. And She agreed.

Meanwhile at the Jose General Hospital....

"Malapit na ang operation kaya sana ay magkasunduan tayong dalawa. Para matagumpayan ang operation magaganap pala ang operation bukas ng 1:00 ng hapon kaya naman maghanda ka. Iyon lang ang sasabihin ko sa iyo". Angelo asked to Julius.

"Wag kayong mag-alala kayo nga ang iniisip ko baka mamaya magkamali kayo sa opeartion". Julius joked to him.

"Nga pala nagkausap ako ng director tungkol sa operation kaya naman bukas Heart Transplant ang operation natin sa bigating bisita. Ako na bahala sa sakit niya sa nervous dahil may problema siya sa Nervous system at ikaw na bahala sa heart transplant kaya naman kung gusto mo ng tulong ay narito lang ako". Angelo asked to Julius.

"Wag kang mag-alala dahil bukod ako ay Cardiothoracic surgeon. Isa rin akong Orthopedists at Respirologists, . Kaya naman kapag may problema ay madali lang sa akin mapagalingin ang isang critical patient na walang CT Scan". Julius asked to Angelo.

"Kaya naman pala nahulaan mo ang bleeding organ ng patient ay abdomen kanina. Mukhang interesado kang doctor". Angelo said to Julius. Julius agreed.

Tomorrow.... Before surgery.....

Chief Doctor explain the V.I.P. Patient about happen in surgery later.

"Handa na po ba kayo sir". Chief Doctor asked to the V.I.P. Patient. V.I.P. Patient agreed.

Meanwhile in Preparing area...

"Julius, kaya mo ito. Malapit na at makukuha ko na ang gusto ko kailangan ko bilisan ang surgery bago sumapit ang 7:00 kailangan ay nakaalis na ako dito sa ospital na ito bago ako magpalit ng anyo". Julius told himself.

Meanwhile... V.IP. Patient has stabbed under anesthesia by an anesthesiologist.

"Tulog na ang pasyente, kayo na ang bahala". anesthesiologist said to surgeons. While Julius arrive.

"Okay, andito na tayong lahat. Ngayon, scalpel ( nurse gave scalpel) okay, hihiwain ko na ".

-specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of lung disease, such as asthma, emphysema, or pneumonia.

CT Scan.

-combines a series of X-ray images taken from different angles around your body.
