Since Cylea had commented most vampires had dark hair, Theora was slightly surprised to find a woman with red eyes and an impressive mane of dirty blonde waves staring back at her. The thick curtains were drawn behind the manager, but Theora was pretty sure about what she could see, for the only source of light was a candle on one corner of that woman's desk. She was holding a long stick with a cigarette at the end, the red end glowing a bit too. The female vampire was seated on a high back chair, making her look even skinnier, and leaning with the elbow of the hand that held her cigarette on her desk, her other arm down. She tilted her head upon seeing Theora for the first time.
"Who do we have here," she finally said with a nice, slow voice.
