"You're joining the search for Avery?" Nathan asks me; there is a look of confusion on his face. "Shouldn't you be staying back and looking after Freya?"
I flinch at his question; it was true; I should have stayed back with Freya and let her brothers find Avery. However, my wolf wouldn't let me. Everything inside of me was shouting to get to her. I couldn't ignore the voices; I had to do it, or I would lose my mind.
"I already spoke with Freya. She wanted to join the search, but I told her it would be better if she stayed back." I say, without answering his question directly.
He nods, "where should we start the tracking?"
I shrug, "I think we should split up." I tell him. "It would be better to spread the search wider than the both of us searching the same areas."
