Aurora’s POV
Following the mind-blowing make-out session with Lucian, I soared with happiness. It had been a long time since I felt such immense joy, perhaps never before. Throughout my daily activities, I couldn't stop smiling. Lucian called me into his office to plan future meetings and compile necessary materials, and I pretended not to notice the intense gaze he fixed upon me.
He stared at me with a hunger that seemed as though he wanted to devour me.
"Why do you keep on staring at me?" I asked, my lower lip caught between my teeth. "Is there something on my face?"
"Don't do that."
"Do what?" I feigned ignorance.
"You know exactly what I mean. It's distracting."
