A fewe days passed. Liandrah wasn't talking to any of Kendry or Dale. It was one man for him self. Kendry had started going to the surbabians more often. He knew deep down he had to find the right connections in his life before he loses himself. He would go to the surbabians and hang out with that little girl ge comforted the other day. Atleast with her, he would forget all about Lie for a bit.

He was getting attached to this girl that even her mom would come sit with them and chat. They all appreciated what Kendry was doing for them since he had told them that he owned the place. One day he went over to the Surbabians like always but the girl he hanged out with wasn't there. With the pocket money he had given her, her mother decided to pay tuition fees for her since she had stopped going to school because of financial constraints. Kendry just sat with the girl's mother.

They talked about life in general untill they decided to know each other more. Kendry started talking about himself and it got emotional. The woman comforted him and told him that for someone as good as him, there will always be someone to love him. "So he was alway like this when you met?"( Kendry asked about the woman's husband) "No he was actually the most loving human being before this. After we had our lovely girl Tems, he loved us so much. When Tems was seven, all of a sudden he changed. He wouldn't come home some days, or would come so late. He used to tell me that he was taking extra shifts at work and I would believe him. But I wouldn't see the extra money so I got suspicious. He would even receive calls in the middle of the night and go outside to answer them. Sometimes I would see text messages that were sexually provocative and he would tell me that they were from someone he worked with. Sometimes when I ask, he would beat me so hard or even beat our sweet Tems."

She said so much about how her husband had turned into a monster overnight. It got to Kendry. He just wondered how the good people always got hurt. He realized the similarities of his situation with Liandrah and that of Tem's mom. They talked for a while. He adviced her to be patient for a while, that her husband would soon realize what he was missing. Then he went on home.

When he was home, he was just wondering how he would get Liandrah back. He thought that the people we love sometimes get lost. And to be patient with them untill they find their way to us. He decided to talk to Liandrah. He texted her the location and time of the meeting. It was at lunch.

Kendry decided to arrive late. Liandrah arrived and ordered food. She also ordered food for Kendry as well . She ordered his favourite. About an hour after Liandrah had settled in, Kendry showed up a little off. He was doubting if this meeting would do him any good. When he got to the table he saw that Lie had ordered him his favorite lunch. He was fumed with happiness.

"You didn't have to do that(he said with a huge smile)"

"Ofcourse I had to, you deserve it comrade ".

(They both laughed). They enjoyed their meal. They talked and laughed. It reminded them of the good old days. Then Kendry looked Lie in the eye and started,"I love you Lie. I have loved you ever since the day I saw you. Loving you is the only thing I know when it comes to you." Liandrah was leaning onto him as he poured his heart out.

She knew Kendry loved her as much as she loved herself. He was the most romantic person she knew.

"I know Kendry, and I probably haven't said it loud but I love you the same. Its just complicated than it seems. This guy iam dating,he loves me as much as you do. He is a nice guy too and I promised him the world. I cant just unsay what I said to him(She pleaded with Kendry)" " I understand Lie, and as far as iam concerned, I don't wanna make a lier out of you. But I just want you to take your time ro remenisce about it. " "Okay kendry , I will give it a deep thought."

As they changed the topic and were talking about their childhood fiasco , they heard someone shouting from behind them. They turned around to realize the person was actually shouting at them. He was holding a beer in his palm. "Dale!"(exclaimed Liandrah). Dale got closer to them. " So this is the morron you have been cheating me with this whole time huh? Answer me Liandrah! This guy got you to break all the vows you made to me? Is it because he is some rich, spoilt brat!?" Kendry got up in anger, he wanted to beat the sh*t out of Dale. Liandrah stopped him, "No please let me handle it. He is drunk."

Liandrah walked with him outside calming him down. Kendry just sat down and started meditating what Dale had said to him. It was a big ask , him wanting Liandrah to break a vow she made . As he was just doing some thinking, he looked outside through the window and saw Liandrah with Dale having a deep conversation though he couldn't hear what they were saying, the gestures spoke volumes.

He glanced at Dale . He felt he had met the guy somewhere. His face appeared not to be new. He did a deep dive into his memory and he knew. "That's the guy. This is Tems dad. So Liandrah had been used to cheat on someone this whole time? I gotta tell her."

He got up from his seat fast. When he arrived outside , he saw them boarding a taxi and the taxi went away. "Liandrah!"(he called falling down on his knees.
