STUCK IN EMOTION

Liandrah went to the kitchen. "when was the last time you had a cooked meal ,huh? she asked. "Dont answer that! I know the answer."(She chuckles). She was feeling shy, she had rejected a kiss from a guy who was in the next room and that guy being her best friend. So she just was trying to cover it up with cooking.
Kendry came to the kitchen smiling,"well,the woman in the house should make sure the gentleman is well fed " (he laughs). Kendry sat on the side of the sink. He was sipping some juice he had made from the juice maker. He was just staring at Liandrah with a gaze of attraction. He couldn't believe his number one crush was standing just right there. Liandrah was a modern girl. She was beautifully short, brown eyes and had some crazy curves . Since their high school days ,she got attention from everyone who saw her. Kendry firmly believed he was that guy for her.
Liandrah then prepared some food for them . She wanted to take the food to the lounge but Kendry insisted they eat in the kitchen. They sat side by side on the kitchen chairs. They were taking turns to stare at one another and eating. They were so quiet for a while until Kendry broke the ice. "You should be a chef to cook like this ,woow", exclaimed Kendry. "You just trying to be nice, I don't really cook that much but I can try "(She laughs)."Nah You do more than just try girl, you are my favourite chef right now."(he laughs)
Kendry realized that Lie was still shy after the earlier incident so he decided to make things normal. "Lie...about earlier, iam so sorry. I was just carried in the moment you know". "Its ok Kendry, I get it . You just feeling a little lonely and you thought it would make you feel better."
The two talked for a while since they all had cleared the air. They laughed, reminisce about the old days. They watched a movie,then they fell asleep on the sofa. They slept at four am.
"Oh no no no no,s**t!" Kendry wakes up . "Whats wrong (asked kendry?" "its 7am now,iam late Kendry for work" "Ohh am sorry I should've had set an alarm for you" ,pleaded kendry. He felt like it was his fault his friend was late as she tried to make him feel better. "Its okay, am gonna call you later okay? Take care" ,she closed the door behind her.
It was a relief for Kendry. Times so hard that he felt spending time with Liandrah actually made him to feel a lot better. He was scheduled for a meeting out of town later that day. He cleaned up nice ,wore a nervy blue three piece suit. He was looking so fine. And for the first time since his father's death, he was starting to feel better. He was about to meet his late father's lawyer, the one who was handling everything regarding his father's paperwork. He had told Kendry that he wanted to discuss about the will left by his father.
He hopped into a taxi and off to the airport. From there he went to the train station where he boarded a train that was going to a town north from theirs. He was all smiles on the train untill some old man decided to ask why. "Son you been smiling for a long time,you wanna tell me why?" "Let's just say iam in deep love old man ,wish me well. He went on to ask the old man if it was okay to date his best friend. The answer surprised him and later alone, it made him angry.
The train arrived and he got up and prepared to go to the restaurant the lawyer had instructed him to go to. He arrived at the restaurant. It was a nice Italian restaurant that served Italian food.
He hadn't seen the lawyer before soo he had to call him and ask which table he was seating in. "Sir iam here!" "I can see you,look to your right that's me in a black suit ", answered the lawyer. He looked to the side and he saw that lawyer, he approached him.
