The weekend was great! Yesterday, I spent the day at the beach with the boys. Today is Monday, and I decide to try out my new look.
I wake up at 6:30 am to get ready. I plan to ride my BMW. After showering, I put on a high-waisted blue dress and heels, curled my hair, and added some red lipstick.
I check myself in the mirror—I look hot. I put my blue shades on my head, make some pancakes, and eat while watching TV.
At 7:30 am, I head to the garage to get my car. I push the button, and the garage opens to reveal my BMW, which still looks brand new after being here since last year.
When I arrive at school, people admire my ride. As I step out, some gasp. I grab my phone and bag, while guys stare and whisper:
"A new girl?"
"She looks familiar."
"Isn't that the nerd from chemistry? She looks so different now."
I see the boys waiting at the entrance, and Kyle's jaw drops. I smirk and say, "Close your mouth, or you'll catch flies."
Jordan puts his arm around my neck to make other girls jealous. Justin says, "Let’s rock these halls," and we walk in, me in the center of six guys with my hand on my waist. Girls gasp, and guys whistle; I just wink back.
I spot Stephanie and her minions by the lockers. She's in a crop top and mini skirt, and all of them stare, jaws dropping.
Stephanie says, "Oh look, the nerd finally wants to fit in." I reply, "Not like a s**t, that’s for sure. And by the way, those clothes are a bit too revealing; you might get in trouble by the end of the year."
She frowns, flips her hair, and walks away. Jordan says, "She got butt," and I add, "Yeah, fake ones with no shape." Jacob high-fives me, and we laugh.
In class, everyone gasps as I sit down. A jock next to me checks me out while his girlfriend hits him on the shoulder. I enjoy the attention now that it's on me instead of Stephanie. After class, I catch up with the boys—Luke, Justin, and Kyle have algebra with me.
As we walk in, the guys drool. Kyle sits next to his girlfriend for the week, a cheerleader. Luke and Justin sit beside me, and girls envy my spot. Justin whispers, "After school, my house," and I nod.
**Lunchtime**
I walk into the cafeteria with the boys, Jordan's arm around my neck. We get lunch, and Kyle carries two trays, one with a salad and water for his girlfriend. Who can survive on that?
I sit between Jordan and Justin, with Kyle and his girlfriend on the other side, followed by Jacob, Luke, and Carlos. The cheerleaders eye me from the next table. I’m sitting between two of the hottest players, eating pizza and drinking soda, when Stephanie approaches and leans forward, revealing her cleavage to Justin.
I dramatically say, "Ahh, my eyes! It burns!" and hide my face on Justin's shoulder while he strokes my hair.
Jordan smirks and says, "Hi Stephanie, want to have some fun?"
Her flirtatious reply is, "Sure, anything for you, handsome."
Justin whispers, "I knew that jock wouldn’t last long. I'm surprised we stayed together for five months," and I chuckle.
Jordan leaves with Stephanie, and her boyfriend starts making out with another girl. This school is full of players.
Later, I see Jordan and Stephanie coming out of the janitor's closet, her hair a bit messy and lips red. Justin asks Jordan, "Was she good?"
He nods, "Yeah, I don’t know why you ever broke up with her. Anyway, I think I like her and want to date her."
Justin says, "Good luck; she's a s**t and a player."
Jordan chuckles, "Please, I'm the biggest player here. No one can top me at my own game."
I whisper to Jacob, "I bet a hundred bucks they won’t last a week."
Jacob smirks and says, "I bet two hundred it'll last until next Monday." We shake on it—"Deal, may the best win."
Carlos and I enter chemistry class just as the bell rings. He asks, "What were you and Jacob talking about?"
I shrug and sit down. I get a text from Justin:
Player: Meet us at the parking lot after school
Me: Okay, see you soon.
A girl leans over and asks, "Who are you texting?"
I smile, "Justin, one of the bad boys here." Her jaw drops. "No way, how does a nerd get his number?"
I shrug, "He just gave it to me." She looks disappointed that a nerd has a bad boy's number.
Carlos smirks and says, "Watch this." He crumples a piece of paper and throws it at the teacher, pretending to ask me a question.
She yells, "Who threw that?!" and everyone goes silent, watching. The boys whistle, and the girls pretend to write as I smile and look down.
The teacher says, "Oh, the silent treatment now? Anastasia, who did it?"
I play dumb, "Me? I didn’t see anything; don't have my glasses, remember?" The class chuckles, and I smile.
She says, "Oh, the nerd is playing dumb now." I get angry.
I stand up and shout, "Who are you calling a nerd, b***h? I’m not dressed like one or acting like one, so shut your trap before you start assaulting students!"
The class gasps as I grab my bag and storm out. I've never been so angry. Outside, I see Justin and Jacob by the entrance.
Justin looks shocked. "I never thought I’d see the day a nerd walks out of class after giving the teacher an attitude." I lightly punch him.
I say, "She had it coming. Let’s go to Starbucks and wait for the others. I’m not sticking around here." They both nod.
