Madison's POV: I searched the room frantically for Gaius, but for a brief moment I couldn't find him. My heart dropped for the fear of his body being packed up already. As I stepped inside further, hoping my heart, which was already racing, would slow down so I could prepare myself for whatever might come next, I felt a wave of panic. Although the panic and fear gripping my heart is very real, it feels like I am in a dream and everything happening isn't real. Finally, I saw him. His armor has been removed already and his body is covered with blood stained bandages. Gaius lay on a bed at the far end of the room.
